Once again, my favourite place in Ottawa. Service is always excellent, rooms are comfortable. Location insuperable.
Then only issue is that they require a system that identifies repeat clients. Would be a lovely addition if you welcome back frequent guests.

Perfection from the first step into the lobby to the room. My only suggestion would be to let guests make reservations to the cafe as they book to secure a place for dinner, breakfast or brunch.

1 night stay, I was late in checking out and called the front desk and they provided an extra hour which was appreciated. Great location in downtown Ottawa.
