This is my second stay at the Westin Hotel. As always, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The location is also very convenient, which made this trip very relaxing overall.
However, the only downside was the attitude of the front desk staff during check-in. The receptionist was unfriendly and even rolled her eyes. I’m not sure if it was because I checked in at around 8:30 p.m. and it may have affected her end-of-shift time, but throughout the entire process I remained polite and did not make any unreasonable requests.
Because a vacation is meant to be relaxing, this small incident did affect the overall experience. As a result, I may not choose to stay here again in the future.

Ottawa is one of our favorite cities—we come here several times a year, and this hotel makes every trip even better. The staff are so welcoming, the location’s perfect, and the facilities are top-notch. Feels like our home away from home.
