    Having an entire suite with separate living room, full kitchen and dining room plus even laundry in suite is amazing! Great location, will be back. Only wish the bed wasn’t so firm

    Souch more than a hotel. I only stayed for 1 night while passing through. If I'm going back I would stay again. It's like a home away from home.

    I stayed at Les Suites Hotel, Ottawa (Room ***, Jan 28–29, 2026) and experienced an unacceptable breach of safety and privacy. On the morning of January 29th, a staff member (***) used a key card to enter my occupied room at 8:29 AM while I was still sleeping. This incident caused significant distress and a lasting sense of insecurity. While General Manager *** eventually offered a 40% reduction in the room rate (***) for this serious service failure and confirmed staff retraining, the nightmare didn't end there. The refund of *** was confirmed as "processed via ***" on February 4th, 2026. However, as of June 11th—over 4 months later—I have still not received the money. When I asked details at March 16th, the hotel blames the delay on Agoda/***, but refuses to provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) needed for my bank to trace the missing funds. In summary: Les Suites failed to protect my safety and privacy, and they have failed to fulfill their compensation promise in a timely manner, forcing me to chase a refund for over 4 month. Avoid this hotel if safety and professional service are important to you.
