This place is the best affordable place in Canada! Huge unit, rooms, and office desk with pc! and having 2 tv in room. i couldnt believe this room with this price!! I was so happy to find out this place and thinking to visit Ottawa only for this hotel!! Huge thanks to hotel staffs and owners!! Oh and their breakfast was high-key

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is incredible - walking distance to everything downtown. It's a safe neighbourhood and the hotel is really quiet. The rooms are huge! And clean. The beds are super comfy. Because I was by myself this time, I was in what they called, a small room. There was nothing small about it!! I won't even consider staying anywhere else when I am in Ottawa. I love this place!

The location was convenient, and the room was decent, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. Personally, I did not find the breakfast good, and the quality and variety did not meet my expectations. Breakfast was one of the main downsides of my stay, and I think there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected better, especially when breakfast was included.

We were not impressed. The MAIN thing is the cost. I found a place in Ottawa, not to far from where we were going.. I looked over the website and absolutely no where could I find USD. Thinking it was *** Canadian, as I am in Canada, I was shocked to find out it was way more than I expected, but being the time we arrived I had no choice but to stay. The elevator made some weird pulley noises on the way up and when we got to the 11th floor and got off, our room was the one right beside the LOUD elevator. The only other room they had was directly above us, probably right beside the noisy pulleys. We went to put the tv on. Didn't work. Tried to phone the front desk, phone didn't work. It wasn't plugged in. Found the chord on the floor but the phone jack was broken and it wouldn't stay in. Managed to carefully call the front desk and tell them the tv didn't work and they said they would send someone to see what was wrong. An hour later the guy shows up and says, " the box isn't turned on" . No kidding. The batteries were dead. Now we can go for a walk around. It's pouring rain now and the front desk gave us umbrellas. That was the best part of our stay. The pillows were not our kind of pillows, but that's on us because we usually bring our own. When I wanted to have a shower, it didn't work at all.
