Good location to access touristy things in the city. The property was very neat and tidy and in excellent condition

Location, staff, service
The A/C is noisy and barely keeps the room at 23C. The TV is old and has a resolution of 480p/360p. The ironing board is damaged and old; a new one is required.
The hotel's restaurants are accepting customers until 09:15 PM. This is nonsense! We couldn't enjoy afternoon drinks or a small snack and had to go to another restaurant in the area.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff.
Could use an upgrade. Air conditioning was very loud and no way to turn it off. The curtains don’t actually cover the entire window. There were tons of moths all over the room.
