The location is too loud, a lot of trucks stops at the light then passing by and we are already 4th floor. The sauna is broken too, the salted swimming pool is ok, it’s hot my kids love it because it’s just 3 ft.

This hotel was very nice! I had requested for a room higher up but they put us on the fourth floor. We could hear the cars on the road and the clubs booming. The bathroom was nice and roommates was clean. The staff was friendly and check in was pretty rapid. There was a parking fee of 37$ just to lyk we thought it was free. overall it was a nice stay and perfect for a small getaway 🤗.

Great location on Rideau, a few minutes walk to the market. Easy check in and parking, although must get there early to secure a parking spot. My family arrived a couple hours before check-in, although our room wasn’t t yet ready, we parked and went shopping. Our TV wasn’t working properly, but the front desk sent a technician up in minutes to fix it. Elevators were fast and all in working order! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean hotel!
