Location was really nice, close to supermarkets and a metro station and the city center in general. beds were surprisingly comfy and the duplex is in a quiet street so there was hardly any noise coming from the street. the duplex itself is spacious with 2.5 bathrooms and multiple bedrooms which worked really well with our large group (6 people).

the usability of the MitHouse app needs some improvement, putting the details of all guests was a pain. the only way of getting into the property is through the app, so unless you have a working data connection you aren't getting it. we arrived in 2 parties, the first party arrived earlier than expected and they were denied early access which is understandable, but what wasn't ok was that when they did enter at 3 pm ( normal checkin time), the cleaning crew were still inside and they didn't leave until 4PM. another issue with the duplex is that it's a ground floor + a Basement, and the basement has a big ventilation issue where there is none, so it gets a bit too stuffy fast, but luckily each room comes equipped with an AC and a ventilator but you have to keep them running 24/7. the last issue is with the hot water, it gets all used up after only 3 people take showers, leaving the rest of us to either with ice cold water or a several hour wait until the hot water comes back

El departamento esta en buen estado y ubicado a una distancia razonable del Metro.

La coordinación para la entrega de las llaves fue pésima. No contestaban los mensajes en la aplicación de Booking ni en la de ellos (MITHOUSE). Esperaban que llame a un teléfono local para coordinar la entrega de llaves, lo que lo hacían muy difícil para extranjeros, ya que no tenían nisiquiera un número whatsApp, por lo que me obligaron a usar roaming de mi teléfono de USA para llamarlos desde la puerta del departamento en el frío, a pesar que desde que resevamos les indicamos que llegábamos a las 3:00pm, lo confirmamos varias veces en la aplicación y no respondían, ni estuvieron ahí. Dejaron agua regada en el piso de los baños, lo que daba la impresión de que habían fugas de aguas servidas. Tuve que secar yo los pisos para descubrir que no había daños, sino limpieza mal terminada. Los baños no tienen toalleros. Las escaleras tienen pasamanos incompletos. Nos obligaron a que se haga un deposito antes de hacer check-in, pero luego nunca fueron claros en como se haría el reembolso, ni cuando. Decía 10 días en la aplicación y fué mucho mas. Hubo que hacerles seguimiento por este tema hasta comprobar que habían hecho la devolución.
