Super little apartment with good facilities and comfort levels
Nothing about the property to moan about: but the bureaucracy of checking in is probably the most onerous and time consuming I’ve ever experienced. Once that was out of the way it was great. Andreea was super helpful with it though

A beautiful apartment with two patios you could actually walk out on and sit down in witha great view. Very spacious for the money. Two blocks from the metro so very convenient to go anywhere you want in Madrid. I highly recommend this place, but I don't want it to be so booked that I can't get a reservation next time ha ha

Location was excellent. Chamberi is a far more local neighbourhood than downtown, with innumerable bars, restaurants and businesses catering mostly to locals. It felt safe and thriving. The apartment was spacious, airy and the balconies were great for having a drink and feeling a part of the city. Check in was straightforward (I loved that it could all be conducted online) and communication with staff was easy.
Nothing really. I did feel like the remote nature of the apartment reception might pose problems in certain situations (for example, due to the pope’s visit, staff did not attend the desk for the last couple of days) but it was fine for me.
