Location, clean apartment, and value for the apartment.
No clear instructions and very squeaky bathroom door that wakes everyone in the apt.

We enjoyed staying here for 5 days. Nice comfortable, clean studio on the basement level with a little patio. You can take the lift or the stairs. Close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Washing facilities are accessible in a separate laundry room. Good sized shower and kitchenette with a small fridge and plug in cooktop. Simple coded entry.
Only two toilet rolls provided for two people over 5 days. The management provided 2 more rolls on request. However, only one spare garbage bag supplied and when I requested another was told no. There was also no toaster.

La ventana del cuarto da directamente a la calle. Es una planta baja. Tiene un patio interior. Está agradable decorado, pero personalmente no me gustan este tipo de apartamento.
