Bel appartement dans un quartier calme situé à 5 min du métro. Literie confortable. Parfait pour quelques jours ! Contact facile avec le propriétaire. Rooftop sympa si vous avez le courage de monter en haut de l'immeuble.
Pour un séjour plus long, le manque de lumière naturelle et surtout d'ouverture sur l'extérieur pourrait poser problème. Une odeur d'humidité persistante malgré les efforts du propriétaire (clim, deshumidificateurs).

The place is spatious and stylish. Comfortable. Good air conditioning. Not in the center, but the bus 146 can take you to Placa de Espana in some 40 minutes passing by Retiro and Gran Via. No problem with street parking, but the application is needed to pay (like EasyPark).
