Amed Permai Home Stay

-spacious room and bathroom, very clean -delicious breakfast, delivered up to your terrace. Always on time -location is perfect. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of beaches for snorkelling as well -staff is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay even more perfect. We rented a motorbike (fair price and good condition) and they organised taxis from padangbai to Amed and Amed to Ubud to an absolutely reasonable price. We felt like at home and it was one of the best stays we had during our 4 week Bali trip. Don’t look further, just book it! Thank you Ketut and Team!

Extremely happy with my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super accommodating, breakfast was delicious and the location was great.

There was some construction next door that was a bit noisy at times.

Location was brilliant, lovely breakfast, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and staff were so kind. Ketut even invited us to have a Bali cocktails with him! Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Hope to see ye again😁

Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were huge and clean and the shower was great too. The breakfast was diversed and well made. They also do bike rentals there.

Constructions close to the homestay which might be noisy during the day but nothing too bad.

The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The ac worked well and wasnt noisy, which meant i could use it at night. Breakfast was the best in all my Bali trip (4 different locations)!!!! Simple but tasty with fresh ingredients. Just delicious. It’s one dish you choose the day before, fresh fruit and coffee/tea.The omlette and noodles were just great! All the staff were very kind and they helped me rent a scooter and get a car transfer.

This really isnt about the homestay, but you need to know that there is construction going on next door. This means it can get noisy early in the morning, so you might not get to sleep in. This is, of course temporary. It is a shame that this new building is two storeys high, as it completely blocks the view to Mount Agung. Otherwise, you could eat breakfast looking at the vulcano :(

Nice, spacious and clean room. Very close to the beach and a couple of good restaurants. The owner Ketut goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our time at Amed Permai Home Stay! The room was huge and everything looked brand new with really nice finishes. It was spotlessly clean, including the big and really nice bathroom. The bed was super comfy, and having a mini-fridge and kettle was so handy. The breakfast was delicious and they even gave us beach towels, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, right across from Amed Beach, which is perfect for enjoying views of Mount Agung and breathtaking, sunrises and sunsets. It’s a fantastic beach for snorkeling and swimming, and there’s a place nearby that rents kayaks and stand-up paddleboards that I really recommend doing at sunset. There are tons of restaurants nearby and a big convenience store just across the street. We enjoyed the live music across the street, though it might be a bit noisy for light early sleepers. We stayed for 6 days and they did room service in the middle of our stay, refreshing everything, which was awesome.

The only downside was the laundry service—they used an outside company and unfortunately ruined my favorite cardigan with a stain that wouldn’t come out. They offer taxi service, a bit pricier than others around, and the driver can be a bit pushy. He was friendly, though he was a tad late picking us up from Lipah Beach, but we didn’t mind that much.

Было очень хорошо. Хороший удобный номер, большой, удобный матрас, удобная ванная комната с душем. Был вкусный завтрак и велком напиток. Очень приятно, хочется вернуться. Выше всяких похвал! Отлично!

Ontbijt was goed en genoeg. Beste waren de bedden! Beste in laatste 14 dagen. Lekker zacht met heerlijk dekbed en kussens. Top geslapen. In centrum van Amed. Supermarkt schuin aan overkant en genoeg restaurants. De kamer is zeer groot en op begane grond met nieuwe badkamer en superschool.

Naast de homestay zit een club, die nogal wat lawaai produceert, maar dat is klokslag 23:00 afgelopen en de goede nachtrust compenseerde dit ruimschoots.

Tout était parfait

De kamer en badkamer zijn erg ruim en schoon, koelkastje op de kamer. De staff is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt prima, al vinden we dat witte zoete brood niet lekker. Zou fijn zijn als er ook bruin brood zou zijn. De Homestay ligt gunstig bij restaurants, supermarkt, pinautomaat en strand. Echter vinden wij de herrie aan de straat erg storend. Oordoppen mee!

Очень комфортный и чистый отель. Большой и светлый номер. Великолепная веранда. Чистое белье, тихий и мощный кондиционер. Удобно расположен по отношению к пляжам, магазинам, кафе. На пляж Амед и Джемелук мы ходили пешком, на Липах брали машину. Вся команда работает слаженно и четко, без дополнительных напоминаний. Отдельная благодарность Кетуту за оперативную поддержку, он был всегда на связи. Видно, что человек дорожит бизнесом и не относится к гостям как к разовому клиенту. Рекомендую воспользоваться услугами его водителя Путу, аккуратный и очень пунктуальный.

La habitación y el baño son inmensos, la limpieza es impecable. El personal muy amable. Los desayunos incluidos bastante completo. El precio de la habitación es muy correcto. En general un 10/10.

La limpieza del alojamiento es de lo mejor, muy limpio y nuevo. El personal es muy bueno y te ayudan en todo lo posible. El desayuno muy bueno también y muy completo.

Lo único malo es la insonorización (nuestra habitación era la más cercana a la carretera) luego tienes otras habitaciones más alejadas.

Cette homestay est très bien placée, juste à côté de la plage et du centre. La chambre et la salle de bain sont immenses et propres.Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Et Ketut fait tout pour répondre à vos attentes. C'est un homme très chaleureux. Merci encore .

La camera e la posizione stupende! La colazione era incredibile, ogni mattina servita sul tavolino fuori dalla stanza, con una premura ed una puntualità incredibili. Ma, soprattutto, lo staff ti fa sentire in famiglia. Ho lasciato il cuore a Amed, dove ogni sera era una buona occasione per sedersi al tavolo e parlare e bere con Ketut, Komang e anche altri loro amici. Un’esperienza unica, autentica. E se avete bisogno di organizzare spostamenti hanno anche un driver a disposizione, il mitico Putu! Miglior soggiorno in assoluto a Bali

Жилье Permai Home Stay прекрасное: уютная, большая, просторная комната с высокой удобной кроватью, столом, холодильником и кондиционером, большим шкафом для одежды, есть чайник, чай-кофе-сахар, бутылки с водой, чистые полотенца 5 штук, большая душевая с набором туалетных принадлежностей, сильнейший напор воды всегда и горячая вода всегда, уютная терраса, где каждое утро нам сервировали красивые и вкусные завтраки, чистота и красота по всей территории. Владелец Кетут очень добрый и душевный человек, он всегда на связи, ежедневно на территории, очень общительный, всегда со всем поможет, ответит, подскажет. Как старый добрый друг! Всегда улыбчивый и приветливый. Взяли в аренду скутер у него, цена отличная. Организовал трансфер нам из Санур в Амед - 2,5 часа по прекрасной дороге и недорого. Также организовал на трансфер в аэропорт, когда уезжали, недорого! Очень душевный тут обслуживающий персонал - улыбчивые, вежливые, помогают с любым вопросом. Локация идеальная!! Рядом магазины, сувениры, рестораны, варунги, фрукты - овощи, массажные салоны, большой супермаркет, кофейни, до пляжа 3 минуты. Великий Священный Агунг рядом как из фантастического фильма, а какая от него энергетика Силы и Света🙏🧘🏼‍♀️, это просто потрясающе!!! Пляж чистый, с черным вулканическим песком, красивое чистое море. Какое же Счастье жить для нас было в данном жилье. Мы не хотели уезжать по окончании отпуска. Permai Home Stay самое лучшее и идеальное жилье для отдыха в Амед. Un coup de cœur entre le petit dej très bon, la propreté de la chambre, une douche à l’italienne, de l’eau/the/cafe à disposition, personnel adorable et très disponible

Le logement semble être refais à neuf. Plutôt propre mais il ne fait pas regarder dans le détail comme partout à Bali.

Je voyageais seul. Je pense que c’est mieux pour un couple. Je me sentais minuscule dans la pièce. Malheureusement il y avait zéro esprit de Bali.
