Lovely little resort, beautiful pool and views, I stayed here with a few friends and we were able to rent scooters and explore. Breakfast was included which is a nice plus!

Beautiful setting with mountains on one side and the volcano on the other. Gardens were beautiful and the communal kitchen is a great idea. Lots of great food places close by, make sure you go to OM Karma cafe, it is amazing. Room was very large.
This is mainly an Amed issue not the Villas, drivers for day trips were organised by staff and were great. Local transport is very difficult if you don’t have a scooter. Hot water was a bit short on.

Great location, swimming pool was nice. Bed super comfortable, spacious room.
There are two main things we did not like.
First off, the bathroom facilities were really lacking. It's a sort of annex building (we had the indoors one) with a toilet on the verge of falling over and an average shower and nothing really clean. Moreover, we only had about 2mins of warm water in the shower before it ran out.
Our other complaint is with the staff. When we arrived the staff showed a very uninterested and unwelcome attitude. There were many of them but their focus was not really on the guests. They would sit around near the lobby or on the grounds, listen to their music and were generally very loud together. We're not really fussy guests and we would be fine with most of these things, it's just that we did not really feel welcome. They didn't try to interact with the guests. We were asked if we wanted daily cleaning, we responded with yes, but our room was only cleaned twice in our 5 night stay (after repeated request) and when they did we did not even get new toilet paper.
Then there were some minor issues that weren't as expected: wifi did not work, seating area outside was very dusty, breakfast wasn't great, we just decided to have breakfast in some of the neighboring restaurants, which were awesome.
