Modern, spacious, well located, value for money

It's modern with a big size room, clean, hot water and a nice view especially on the top rooms, even from the bathroom! The room is comfortable with good AC. The WiFi was on and off but not a deal breaker. Staff and breakfast were very good and the beach is right there. It's centrally located to everything in Amed and they can help you book almost anything. We got a motorcycle, ferry to Gili T and taxi to Kuta.

The entrance to the place is via a tiny lane way with a sign the you can barely see. Although it's forgiven once you see the beach and get to your nice room.

Close to the beach

This place is very close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants/cafes. The bedding/room was clean and there was a mosquito net for the bed.

No toilet paper was in the room and it was a bit run down. I guess you are paying the price for the location/proximity to the beach. There is no possibility of a cross breeze in the room there are only front doors to open so you are forced to use aircon which is ok if you are a fan of aircon but i myself prefer to open windows etc to let the breeze flow. it felt a little cramped in the room and there was no wardrobe to hang/put clothes.

Nice place to stay in Amed!

I was supposed to stay 1 night, I ended up staying 5 nights. You can rent a scooter there, breakfast is really good, and the view as well. The location is good in Amed, but you might need to rent a scooter anyway because there ks a lot to do outside of the town Really good warung and restaurants around

There is some smell in the bathroom, but it might just be due to the quality of the water in Bali, just keep your room open for 15 minutes and it is better You have to cross a small path to reach the hotel but it is okay even though it smells a bit, it worth it, 100% A bit of hidden dust as well, but overwall a very good ratio price/quality

It was comfortable, peaceful and the staff were very welcoming and kind. It has direct beach front access, and the breakfast view is genuinely hard to beat. For this price I don’t think you can get much better. We would definitely stay there again.

The WiFi was a bit of an issue in the room, but if we stood out on the balcony the connection was great. It can be tricky to find, but the lady at the little shop on the corner is really nice too.

Nice home stay but DON’T do your laundry here

Very clean, Good breakfast, right on the beach, they rent good motorbikes for cheap price

Not always hot water, DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE it smelled like DOG, we have to wash all our clothes again somewhere else (at least they did not make us pay), sometimes it was hard to find the staff

we were greeted by a rude and not friendly guy (with tattoos). He didn't tell us or explain anything. then I tried to find someone from the staff to find out the password from the wi-fi. The room was basic but dirty. In the morning we were given breakfast, which was also normal. the same guy was just as rude in the morning.

Great homestay! Highly recommend 👌🏼

Fab property. Good wifi speed, decent breakfast & clean room. The room was super affordable and literally the homestay is on the beach where we saw dolphins whilst having breakfast! Highly recommend, Wayan was super friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise we were left to enjoy beautiful Amed. It's located down a side alley which is tricky to locate at first but all the locals will help if you ask. Bed was so comfy and great AC! We'd definitely stay again!

wonderfully comfortable accommodation

Spacious room, new and very clean, this quiet guest house is on the beach. there is a good place to sit in the morning and enjoy your breakfast. Afterwards, you can go for a snorkel and be lucky enough to see a turtle or two about half a kilometre up the beach. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out along the beach and along the main street. Amed he’s a lovely place with mighty Mount Agung looking over here, not very touristy piece of this wonderful Island. Check around for prices for a boat trip that will take you to the Japanese shipwreck and the two other snorkelling sites before you lock in your trip.

The only negative is that this great value for money place is a half a kilometre or so away from the best snorkelling and many of the restaurants.

Ok for the price but not happy about the credit card theft

it was clean enough in the room

lazy staff sleeping under the desk and no food other a small breakfast Also be careful about letting the staff take your credit card away. My card was used in the local silver jewellery shop and at one of the local hotels the day after.

Superb

Nice location at the beach. Nice staff. We had a room downstairs with a little kind of backyard/garden which was very nice. A little smal but very nice decorated and modern room with perfect Aircon. We only stayed one night before departing to our next location. Definitely would recommend to stay at this place.

nous avions 3 chambres vue sur mer et sur le Mont Agung, logement très propre, très moderne, litteri génial, personnel très sympa, absolument pas d’humidité, nous étions très retissent à l’idée de venir dans ce logement mais c’était le seul qui restait et qui était pratique, et bien heureusement car il était vraiment top !

Mooie kamer, zeer ruim en heel schoon! Goede bedden en fijne kussens. Ruime en schone badkamer! Goed werkende airco en keuze uit een klamboe. Buiten kun je ruim zitten op een soort balkon. Ontbijt aan het strand met in de ochtend uitzicht op de vissers. Enorm vriendelijk personeel die behulpzaam zijn en voor een goede prijs kaarten naar Gili verkopen.

Het steegje waardoor je heen moet lopen/rijden met de scooter. Dit is bizar smal. Verder zitten er varkens in de buurt die je wel ruikt als je hierlangs loopt.

Гест прям на берегу. Можно сразу арендовать комплект для снорклинга. Удобный балкон. Но остоваться более чем на пару ночей не хочеться.

Сложно увидеть с дороги. Очень узкий проезд к отелю. Можно проехать только на маленьком байке. Рядом много петухов и шумно. Нет телевизора. Плесень на стенах.

Достаточно хорошо и комфортно.

Расположение - прямо на берегу океана. Завтраки с видом на океан. Немноголюдно. Персонал не предупреждает ваши просьбы))) Но - если вам что-то нужно, попросите и вам это предоставят (так, мы просили об уборке номера, о коврике на пол в ванной, о бытовых мелочах).

Довольно тесно. Нет территории как таковой (только пляж). Мы были с детьми, и поэтому нам не хватило доп территории, где они могли бы заняться игрой. Но если вы ищете бюджетное и комфортное размещение на первой линии, то рекомендую. Чистота в номере - на троечку. Ну то есть в некоторых местах мы встретили пыль, паутину, грязь на полке в ванной. Опять же, вы можете сообщить об этом персоналу, и они исправят это.

Ruhe und Gelassenheit

Das Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr hell, sehr gutes Bett und es gab lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge. Die geräumige Terrasse mit seitlichem Blick auf die Bali und einen Garten war sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Tür zum Bad ist etwas verzogen und beim Öffnen ziemlich laut, was nachts einen ordentlichen Lärm erzeugt. Wifi war instabil im Zimmer, ansonsten gut.
