We loved the design of this hotel—it had a beautiful, Japanese-inspired zen vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing in a great location right on the beach with views of the volcano and a fantastic sunrise spot. They also helped arrange a fun snorkeling trip, and the resident cat Peanut was such a cute bonus!

Quirky rooms with a beach vibe.
The villa next door has speakers right next to the room we had and the people staying turned on the music when they had breakfast and didn’t turn off the music until after midnight. This happened 3 of the 7 days we stayed.

Location was good and service was great, direct beach access
Lots of stairs, issues with AC and animals inside the houses. Shower at the ground floor, we at the first floor, bedroom on a 2nd floor and very steep entrance
