Staff was incredible and helped us out a lot. The location was great. Cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were clean and big. The rooftop was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view of Mount Agung with the sunset. Snorkelling can be done right in front of the villa. Otherwise the staff can organise a boat trip to other places to snorkel. Everything was just so easy and peaceful.

Great location right on the beach. My room was on the lower level with its own terrace. It was only a few steps to the pool and only a few more steps to the beach. I enjoyed snorkeling each day directly out the front of the villa. Breakfast was served on the terrace. Felt very well looked after by the villa staff. Very close to shops, cafes and day spa. The villa was exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!!

Dive companies taking up all beach access with their boats making snorkeling / swimming very difficult at the front of the resort

Large comfortable space.
While waiting after checkout there were NO Toilet facilities accept the Staff toilet.
Water was not provided daily.
