The property is a perfect size for a trip to Modena. The kitchen is well appointed and having all the basics supplied (including coffee pods) was most welcome.

Good location with a busstop close to the house, nice residential neighborhood with small shops, bakery, fruit shop in walking distance, easy access and always available host, clean and well kept place with everything you need and more. Windows are so tight that one doesn't hear the busy street behind the house. The windows have small shutters inside to keep the heat off during the day, and the light during the nights. The elevator is very efficient. Parking in the street is free and easy to find. Walking distance to the centre about 20 mins.
The shower needs some patience, water pressure is low. But you'll get clean.
