Perfect stay in Tintoretto.

Then apartment was absolutely stunning. Stylishly decorated and had everything you need for a stay. The shutters on the window make the bedroom pitch dark at night and the bed was 10/10 on the comfort rating. The whole apartment was completely spotless and the different reed diffusers made it smell beautiful. It’s about a 15 min walk from Piazza Grande, ideal! The location was safe and quiet in the evening. The host, Federica, was always available and had some great restaurant recommendations.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient!

The space was very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The location was right near a bus stop leading to central modena, so very convenient.The host was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

An apartment with charm

We had a very comfortable stay for 5 nights! Even before we arrived, Federica was such a helpful host answering all my queries and providing information after arrival about things like restaurants. Her dad, William, met us at the apartment and was also very helpful and kind. This apartment has loads of character! We loved the huge wooden beams and exposed wooden ceiling. The bedroom is a good size with wardrobes and cupboards to unpack as well as a full-length mirror. We thought the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was nice as it had a good mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, a bidet, good lighting, and large fluffy towels. There is a tiny laundry area with both a washing machine and dryer, too. At the end of a day out, the living area was a pleasure to use as there was a huge, comfortable couch and a large TV with Sky and coffee table that has lots of interesting large books. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in including a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and even a toasted cheese maker! Parking was free and clise by. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect loft in Modena

Absolutely everything! We don’t say that likely. We have visited a lot of places and apartments, but rarely we have seen an apartment where everything so thought off. We did not miss anything. There was: perfectly equiped kitchen (also free bisquits, coffee, tea, milk, water, toast, nutella, jam, honey); perfectly equiped bathroom (with hairdryer, fresh towels, cotton pads) … The host was considerate and very very responseful. ✨

Komfortable geräumige Wohnung in Modena

Sehr komfortable Wohnung mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Wir hatten lediglich Kontakt über WhatsApp, aber das war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Von dort ist man zu Fuß relativ schnell im Zentrum. Es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und konnten es unkompliziert direkt hinter dem Haus in einer ruhigen Straße abstellen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Parma und Bologna. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Empfehlenswertes Apartment!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Man Ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der City. Alternativ ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor Ort. Ruhige Umgebung. Parken an der Straße völlig problemlos. Gut gefüllter Kühlschrank mit allem, was man für ein Frühstück benötigt. Sehr netter Empfang und hervorragende Betreuung bereits vor der Anreise.

Curatissimo e confortevole

L'appartamento è curatissimo e molto bello. Il check-in e le aperture delle porte in generale sono automatizzate in modo da scordarti la paura di perdere le chiavi. Posizione buona. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la suddivisione chiara della differenziata perché di solito non la troviamo mai e dobbiamo cercare noi sacchetti per farla. Dopo una passeggiata in centro per cena, TV e divano sono stati comodissimi. Federica è stata gentilissima e molto accomodante

L'unico micro fastidio che abbiamo avuto è stato la sera che abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia 'tardi' e la pressione dell'acqua era bassa e ci è voluto un po' di tempo. Le finestre sono poco pratiche per chi vorrebbe aprirle di notte perché fa caldo, ma non riesce a dormire con la luce che proviene da fuori.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Küche, perfekt für einen Urlaub in Italien.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft gut gefüllt. Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Frühstück hat nicht für die komplette Woche gereicht, ist allerdings nicht schlimm, Bäcker oder Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Nachts etwas lauter, da direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man nichts mehr.
