Spacious apartment

The apartment is a good size and conveniently located close to the city center by car. Parking on the street is manageable if you arrive early in the evening.

Personally, I found the space a bit cold, everything was white and grey, and it just lacked personality. A few decorative touches could really make a difference. Cleanliness was okay, but some small details were overlooked.

Unwelcoming stay.

Modern apartment, good location to city centre, easy access to on road parking.

The apartment was lacking in so many aspects. No duvet cover, no extra pillows. No blanket, no cushions or covers for sofa. No hospitality tray, basic equipment in kitchen. No scissors. No cleaning materials. Only one toilet roll for a week’s stay. Dirty sink in kitchen, dirty WC, dirty shower tray….there are products on the market to clean this. No atmosphere to place…not a picture on any wall but plenty of nails where there had been! It was so unwelcoming with little consideration for guest comfort and certainly not an apartment to stay in for more than a one night stay.

A szállás tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt volt.

A szállás közel volt a központhoz, a foglalásban leírtak maximálisan megegyeztek a helyszínen tapasztaltakkal. A lakás az átvételkor tiszta és rendezett volt.

Az online bejelentkezés időpontja lehetne az utazást megelőző nap (ráadásul mi már jóval előbb is megtettük ezt, a szállásadó által feltüntetett linken), mivel a pár órával a lakás átvétele előtti becsekkolás utazás közben nehézkes.

Tutto molto pulito pocizione óptima fuori dell centro ma a poco minuti in machina anche in bus fermata vicina da casa

Il ascensore arrivi prima a piedi al 4 piano che con il ascensore tropo lento tantísimo lento tanto per scendere che per andare su pensi che no arriverai mai al 4 piano🤣🤣🤣🤣

Tutto. Lo sporco ed il cattivo odore la fanno da padrone, dalle superfici dei mobili, al pavimento, al bagno, il frigorifero. Tutto! Gli asciugamani sono risultati inutilizzabili per via del pessimo odore di muffa.

Excellent séjour qui nous a permisde découvrir de très belles villes : Parme, Bologne, Modène, Raven

Magnifique logement vaste et lumineux très bien situé et très calme. Il y avait toujours une place de parking à proximité immédiate.

Très bel appartement pour passer une nuit proche du centre de Modena

Appartement neuf et très propre au 4ème étage à environ 5 minutes du centre de Modena en voiture. Place de parc en zone blanche juste devant l'immeuble (Libre par chance à notre arrivée à 3 m de l'entrée). L'appartement est très bien équipé avec machine à café et cuisine, frigo, congélateur, deux TV , écuelles pour notre petit chien. etc. Cartier calme.
