Loved the location and was very neat inside.

Unfortunately due to bad tenants upstairs made the experience horrible not the owners fault but due to the it was horrible and not being able to contact the owner myself or the Garda didn’t help the situation

The location was more or less ok.

No heating, just 2 electric plugs worked, extremely noisy. The owner was so rude as I never had experienced before: he even blocked me from WhatsApp while I was telling him to please fix the electric problem. He just answered “I don’t care” and blocked me.

A clean, comfortable, and perfectly located apartment in the heart of Dublin — ideal for a short city stay.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and in an ideal central location — perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. Everything was exactly as described: comfortable bed, modern décor, and all the amenities needed for a relaxed, easy stay. Check-in was straightforward once I could finally get a hold of the host (Bit too Long) and communication was efficient throughout.

The owner’s approach when mentioning the no-smoking policy felt a little heavy-handed — the message was clear, but perhaps could have been delivered in a lighter tone.

Great stay in dublin!

central location. Very busy area which can feel overwhelming at first but was fine once we were familiar with it. Restaurants literally on your doorstep! Was expecting it to be very noisy at night due to other reviews but whole family had a great sleep. Also spire Q car park is literally 5 minute walk!

Bunk bed seemed to be a small unstable. Didn't feel very safe to use the top bunk!

Great accommodation in central Dublin

Location is excellent,right in the centre of the city.Apartment is bright and clean,beds were comfortable.Great base for exploring Dublin,walking distance to the Luas and all the main shopping streets.

Only thing I could suggest would be more teaspoons,some kitchen accessories ie grater,can opener,corkscrew,vegetable peeler,whisk,measuring jug,oven gloves.A tea towel,and dustpan would be handy too,and a hand towel for the bathroom.

Beat up, filthy apartment in noisy neighborhood

Living room style, decor and kitchen was nice.

Doggy neighborhood, entry stairs very tight if you have large suitcase you're screwed. Apt is all beat up, smelly bathroom, noisy outside, filthy, furniture beat up, beds not comfy, moldy... Not worth it the money, I would give 5 for this.

The cons outweighed the pros unfortunately

Pros: Location - close to everything we needed to go to. 15min walk to Temple Bar etc. Clean - appreciated the cleanliness. Beds - comfy but needed more pillows. Adequate crockery and cutleries for short stay.

Cons: No hangers with nowhere to hang clothes or a wardrobe when there’s so much space in the apartment to put one. No hand towels provided in the kitchen and bathroom. No bath/floor mat in the bathroom. We booked as 4 adults and only 3 towels were provided, plus 2 head towels so one of us had to use the smaller towel. Wifi code wasn’t posted anywhere (no info given), we had to ask. Hit and miss with replies - answers only 1 question and ignores the rest. Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment (in the bathroom) so a little tricky for 4 people getting ready. No iron and board despite it being listed in the room amenities. If you no longer provide said amenity take it off the listing as it’s misleading and leads to inconvenience. You said to contact Booking to cancel but it’s already too late as we were on the way to the property. There’s a tumble dryer but no washing machine. For almost €400 per night, a lot of things were missing unfortunately.

A great location for exploring Dublin

Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Well equipped kitchen. A brilliant place for people watching on the streets below. Not far to walk to the main shopping areas & close to the tram stop. An added bonus was the portal to other countries at the end of the road - I wish there were more of them.

A t-towel would have been handy for drying odd cups. The outer door is tricky, which we were warned about, my grandson got the hang of it. On the first night there was a high pitched whining noise which we couldnt locate; it had stopped in the morning & our second night was quiet.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, close to the parking garage in the city center.

It could have been cleaner, the drain in the shower cabin was clogged. The water drained very slowly, so you had to shower very quickly. This was evident during cleaning, but they still didn't put any drain cleaner in.

Overall, we have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the property. The host is easy to talk to and give clear instructions

Location is very handy and accessible by foot and by buses/luas. It is clean, well kept and the place is good value for your money.

We just have a few trouble with the internet, might be a poor signal during our stay. Just need to be cautious with entering the code in the main door because it is near a pub and people are standing around when you try to get in.

La zona y las instalaciones geniales!

Pero el trato fue bastante malo, estuvimos 2 noches y solo tuvimos agua caliente el primer día, después solo salía agua Muy Fría y a pesar de comunicarlo, no nos dieron solución. Tampoco nos daban una zona correcta para dejar las maletas durante el último día, ya que nos decían que las dejásemos en una Jaula que había al entrar, que no tenía candado ni nada, 0 seguridad.

Senza riscaldamento, prese elettriche guaste, sporco, e con l’host che non risponde

!!!ATTENZIONE!!! L’appartamento non aveva riscaldamento funzionante, così come la maggior parte delle prese elettriche non funzionavano!! All’ingresso l’appartamento era gelido, abbiamo trovato una piccolissima stufetta elettrica pure spenta! L’host non ha più risposto ai nostri messaggi! Evidentemente un modus operandi viste anche le altre recenti recensioni. Appartamento oltretutto molto sporco! Batuffoli di polvere, residui nel forno del probabile precedente ospite, residui sul piano cottura, water sporco e generali macchie sparse per l’appartamento.

Geweldige locatie, appartement viel tegen.

De locatie is geweldig! In het centrum met pubs, winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Op loopafstand van Temple Bar wijk en ook de bushaltes zijn dichtbij. Instructie voor de sleutel / code is duidelijk.

Kwaliteit van het appartement viel tegen. Het is niet erg goed onderhouden. Op de foto's lijkt het mooier dan het in werkelijkheid is en de foto van de badkamer klopt niet. Op de foto op Booking staat een mooie moderne badkamer. Maar de werkelijke badkamer is verouderd. Een kleine douchecabine met normale douchekop (geen moderne/ regendouche). Wastafel was klein en ook vies. Stopcontact dat half los aan de muur hangt. Je krijgt per persoon maar 1 handdoek (wij waren er 3 nachten). Keukenservies is beperkt. Wij waren met z'n vieren en er waren maar 2 koffiekopjes en theeglazen waren er helemaal niet. Daarnaast staat er in de omschrijving dat er 1 slaapkamer is, maar dat klopt niet. Er is geen slaapkamer, de bedden staan in de (eet)keuken. Stapelbed is van slechte kwaliteit, kraakt enorm, en bovenstedeel is al zover doorgezakt dat we het niet voor een volwassene durften te gebruiken.

Séjour parfait et tout confort

Le logement est idéalement situé pour une visite de Dublin (prévoir de se garer plus loin ou en parking). L'arrivée est autonome, les instructions de la locataire sont claires et précises. Le logement est spacieux, propre, très bien décoré. Tout est équipé dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.

Il n'y a pas de quoi faire un brin de ménage (même balai ou balayette) Il n'est pas fait pour des personnes voulant de l'intimité. Les 4 lits sont la même pièce
