Couldn't sleep, heard rats through the walls throughout the night!
Stayed one night in Dublin. Unfortunately didn’t sleep at all, I could hear rats scratching in the walls right next to my head and from the ceiling. The room was very unhygienic with peeling walls, broken mirror, hairs in the bathroom crevices, and when I dropped my mascara near the sink and picked it up, it had snot and hairs on it. The location is good, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Avoid This Dublin Property
Good location. On bus line. Close to Tesco. Located on first floor. Contains washer/dryer. Good supply of kitchen items.
Heat did not work. Workmen came 3X. They had been given a key despite place being occupied. They left it under the doormat! Second time, we brought that key inside. Third time, property owner texted to let us know they were coming. Hot water was repaired during 1st visit. Space heater used. Drain flies in bathroom. Small spiders as well. Had to keep door closed-->freezing in there. Toilet ran continuously. Fridge door left ajar. Sheet of ice on back wall was dripping-->3cm water in bottom of fridge dripping onto floor. Freezer was completely iced in. Unable to use. Wet laundry left in washer. Semi-dry laundry left in dryer. Took 4 hrs. to process. Trash left in front of door. Bag was attacked by gulls and garbage strewn all over sidewalk/street. All of the drains were sluggish. Notified booking.com when our stay was over. They attempted to notify property owner who did not respond. Sent addl. documents and requested partial reumbursement. Property owner initially ignored request and, then, declined to partially reimbuse our stay. For $200/night, we could have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn which we did when we later joined up w/a bus tour.

    Disappointed.
No breakfast provided. Property was not up to the standard we usually have when renting accomodation. Slept and showered there only.
As above, surprised it was able to be advertised so well. It was certainly not a one bedroom apartment. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Aweful and not as described, a fly infested property
    Near public transport
The property is advertised with a bedroom and lounge. It is actually a studio with no privacy. This was mis-sold to us and I would like to agree a refund. Our party had no privacy, the prop had a fly infestation and had not been cleaned on arrival. The sofa had a broken leg and was not safe to use. We had lots of bluebottles appearing in the bathroom and studio and the host did not respond to our complaints The wall above the beds had staining as no headboards available. The shower cubicle needs a deep clean of the mold growing on it. See photos.

good place to stay at Dublin
Cleanlinesscwas good, adequate beddings and location was near city center. The flat was on ground level so easy to access.
Not enough spaces for 5 people, so may be a little misleading, but not bad.

    Value for money improvable
Close location to city center by walk (15 min). Kitchen full equipped.
Improvable cleanliness. Poor bathroom with the mirror missing. Table and chairs unstable due to lack of maintenance. Expensive for the comfort offering. Tv non-existent.

    It's a 'no' go
Shower was good. That's all the apartment had to offer that was positive.
This apartment is disgusting. Sadly we hadn't read any of the reviews before booking. Big lesson for future. There were so many active rodents (be it rats or mice) scampering across the ceiling above us and even got into cavity of the walls. Scratching noise too. The noise kept me and my family awake all night as did the fear of entering the apartment. One of the chairs was also broken causing a near accident. No TV. No mirror in bathroom. Towel in bathroom when we arrived was soiled. The locking mechanism of the window facing the street was broken too allowing a passerby easy access to enter without key. I could keep going. Mirror filthy, etc, etc, ... Sorry property owners but rodents need to be exterminated and a deep clean given to apartment before you can expect a good review from anyone!!!

    Disgusting
    Nothing
I booked this place to spend one night in a north part of Dublin to catch an early flight to Warsaw. That was a serious mistake. Do not reccomend this place to anyone. Bedding was smelly and it was difficult to use it. Attic over the ceiling was full of noisy rats that made it scary to sleep. Additionally the apartament is located close to a busy road therefore road trafic can be heard during the whole night even with the closed windows. Stay away from this place if you only can.
