Very terrible, the host left me stranded, didn’t return calls or emails and didnt make any arrangements for me to access

There was nothing to like about the apartment. I was left stranded. I got to the apartment and the owner didn’t leave the keys neither did he make any arrangements for me to gain access to the room. I called several times and even sent a couple of mails. I didn’t get a single response.

Terrible host, left me stranded and I had to pay for another accommodation late in the night. I would not recommend to anyone.

The owner promised towels multiple times and never gave us, the bed is really uncomfortable and the room in general is not clean. On the advertisement it says that we were supposed to get a private bathroom but ended up that we shared the bathroom with other rooms.

A Terrible NO STAY

I arrived at the building at 4 pm and found no indication of where the place I booked was. I spoke to a neighbour who said the address was correct but he couldn't help me to find the exact room, and said this is a constant problem with people not finding access to this place, if it even exists ! I tried phoning the number I was given and it said number was not in existance. I had to make alternative arrangements and my evening was ruined. You company is usually reliable so I was shocked by this treatment. I think a refunded is required, and if not I will have to pursue this matter further. .

I have been scammed for this people

Nothing because we couldn't access the apartment.

We made the booking, and the apartment did not provide the information how to access it. We had to find other accommodation at 2 a.m. to avoid sleeping on the street. We tried to contact the owner by text after informing him we would arrive an hour later than agreed, since our flight had been delayed. His last response was that he would provide us with the information for self-check-in, information he never provided. When we arrived at the apartment, we thought he would be there, but no one was there. We called him repeatedly and got no response. I would like you to tell me how I can report this because after calling 10 hotels and being told they didn't have any room for that night, we ended up sleeping in a youth hostel with 8 other people.

Location and friendly workers

It was not clean at all, there was two shared bathroom and one’s toilet sitting areas was broken, dirt and stains were everywhere. Also, using cotton towels instead of paper towels for a shared bathroom was not a good idea. Location was close to everywhere but was it safe? I am not sure, junkies, smell of weed was everywhere and you can open your room’s window due to weed smell. Apartman at first floor but there is no elevator in the building, if you have heavy luggages like us, you have to carry one floor up.

Terribile quasi illegale!

Niente

Struttura sconsigliata e isolata. Nessuna accoglienza, avevamo prenotato una stanza con bagno in camera ma una volta li c'erano solo 2 bagni in comune per 4 camere tutte doppie. Da segnalare soprattutto le condizioni igienico sanitarie pessime, si rischia veramente di prendersi una malattia, specie nei bagni mai puliti per tutti e tre i giorni di permanenza. Servizi zero non avevamo asciugamani in camera e nemmeno la possibilità di richiederli, visto che ai msg di richiesta assistenza non ci hanno nemmeno risposto. Uno schifo!

Estaba la habitacion sucia, el baño y la cocina también. Al llegar nos encontramos una toalla mojada colgada en nuestra puerta, le comenté al dueño si podia ser del huésped anterior y si la podia retirar, me leyó pero no contestó. En la sábana bajera había unas manchas rojas, también se lo comenté a través de booking, y ni él ni booking hicieron nada. Nada más llegar no me habia enviado los códigos para entrar, tuve que contratarle yo, y estuve esperando. La zona con muchas personas durmiendo en la calle y con problemas de drogadiccion. El portal todo lleno de ropa y pertenencias de alguien tiradas por el suelo. Zona poco concurrida y oscura.

chambre a ne pas prendre

la porte d'entrée bloque un coups sur deux, au petit bonheur la chance pour rentrer. Concernant la porte de la chambre , il faut soit y donner de coups de pied , soit des coups d’épaule pour l'ouvrir . Dans le séjour une vitre a été vandalisé et est maintenue avec des équerres sur la menuiserie. Le parquet a l'entrée de la chambre est complétement gondolé et défoncé , ça ne date pas d'hier , je ne recommande pas cette chambre.
