worst stay imaginable

Advertised as the entire apartment for ourselves and we get there it’s only one room for yourself shared bathroom and kitchen, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, one of the beds we were sleeping on broke within minutes having gotten there (bare in mind we sat on it normally not even jumped on it or let ourselves fall) from what we could see the bed was already broken, radiator on full blast and can’t change it because the knobs broken, which in winter you would think is a positive but it became like a sauna it was so hot in there in not even a 12 m^2 room with 4 lads in it

Ok sized room with ok beds.

No information on where to find keys or which room that was the correct one. No answer on phonecall and no response in Booking chat. No heating, no WiFi, no TV-channels. Very high price 380€ for the above service but what to do with Dublin flooded with Americans.

Pure and utter scam

Nothing because when I got there no one was there no answer to the phone number still no answer 2 days later so took my money but I had to book somewhere else and pay for that .. the WhatsApp number is for Bolivia

La ubicación es cercana al centro y es un barrio tranquilo. A 10 minutos andando de San Patrick y al lado de esta hay varios supermercados. La habitación estaba limpia y recogida. Era amplia y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien. El baño y la cocina son compartidos pero no hemos tendio ningún problema. Todo limpio, recomendamos alquilar esto relación calidad/precio para Dublin

Forte Delusione e Mancanza di Assistenza Disastro Totale: Non era un "Appartamento Indipendente" e Servizio Inesistente Ho prenotato questa struttura cercando specificamente un "appartamento indipendente" a Dublino, come indicato chiaramente nell'annuncio di Booking.com. Purtroppo, all'arrivo (perché fino al nostro arrivo il proprietario non si è fatto vivo), ho scoperto che l'alloggio era in realtà una stanza privata all'interno di un'unità più grande, con bagno e cucina condivisi con altri ospiti. Il proprietario non mi ha informato di questa differenza fondamentale prima del mio arrivo, rendendo l'annuncio estremamente fuorviante. Avevo scelto questa opzione proprio per avere privacy e autonomia. In aggiunta a ciò, durante il soggiorno, abbiamo riscontrato un grave problema: a un certo punto non c'era più acqua calda. 🚨 Assistenza Cliente Inesistente Ho tentato immediatamente di contattare il proprietario per segnalare la mancanza di acqua calda e richiedere assistenza urgente. Tuttavia, il proprietario non ha risposto al mio contatto (o ai miei messaggi), lasciandomi (e/o gli altri ospiti) completamente da solo ad affrontare il problema. Questa mancanza di assistenza non è accettabile e dimostra una completa indifferenza verso il benessere degli ospiti. In aggiunta il riscaldamento era inesistente e la camera molto fredda e sporca, come le altre aree dell'appartamento. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. La combinazione di un annuncio deliberatamente impreciso (appartamento indipendente vs. servizi condivisi), unito a un problema tecnico serio (mancanza di acqua calda) e alla totale assenza di risposta da parte del proprietario, ha reso il soggiorno estremamente sgradevole. È essenziale che la descrizione su Booking.com venga corretta per riflettere la realtà dei servizi condivisi.

Decepcionante por la limpieza, las instrucciones de llegada no han sido claras ni a tiempo.

La limpieza era decepcionante, una de las camas individuales tenía pelos. No nos dieron las instrucciones de entrada hasta muy tarde, intentamos contactar y no nos respondían. Hemos llegado y encontramos un par de llaves. Tuvimos que abrir ambas para conocer cuál habitación correspondía con nuestra reserva. Al no asegurarse de entregar las instrucciones a tiempo, supongo que los de la habitación 2 no sabían que era compartido el baño y al entrar nos hemos encontrado con ropa interior y pantalón de un hombre en el piso así como la bañera muy sucia. Precio elevado para lo que incluye.
