La pièce elle-même est correcte et récemment rénovée mais...
elle n'a rien d’un "LUXE STUDIO" : adresse erronée (c'est 144), propriétaire qui ne répond pas aux messages Booking la veille (mais nous a laissé entrer à 13h30, merci), vue sur le local poubelles (la photo est réelle mais bien travaillée), obligé de demander pour créditer de l'électricité en arrivant !, il faut aller soi-même dans le couloir copier le code du wifi au dos de la box, table avec 1 seule chaise pour 3, TV sans aucune chaîne ni connexion, drap taché, le 3e couchage est un BZ sans housse de couette, assiettes mais aucun couvert, fil trop court pour brancher le micro-ondes et rien pour cuisiner, il n'y a pas le lave-linge annoncé, juste une mini poubelle dans la sdb, pas de tapis de bain, situation à l'écart du centre nécessitant un peu de marche, ... ça resterait acceptable pour 50€/nuit mais fait beaucoup de détails cumulés pour un tarif exorbitant de 150€/nuit.
