Convenient for visiting Dublin and good value

Ideal location to be able to walk easily into central Dublin, with free car parking just outside the apartment. Alan had very kindly left supplies in the fridge and gave us a friendly welcome. Communication was great- very helpful host.

The mattress in the front room wasn’t the most comfortable and the couch had seen better days.

Alan is a great host

Alan was super flexible with us, we arrived super late and he had no problem with that. Also my mother was sick and he allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours after the check out time. Amazing host!

Loved the fact that there were 2 bedrooms and a couch. Also there was some kitchen staples stocked already, which was nice. Beds were super comfortable.

It was a very nice experience

the house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from the center of Dublin by foot. In a very close distance there are supermarkets, bakeries, etc. We were welcomed by the kind Mr. Alan.

Perfect apartment for a weekend in Dublin

The apartment had everything we needed and more.Alan provided the necessities for our stay included food items for breakfast which was very thoughtful.The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Dublin and situated not far from the bike rental stands.Inside the apartment were some leaflets/books about the local history.

Cosy apartment close to city centre

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was very comfortable. It was well equipped and Alan, our host, even left us some basic food essentials for breakfast the following morning. It was located a 20 minute walk from Dublin city centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood and there were a few small supermarkets close by. We would highly recommend it for a family of four. The apartment was located up a small flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Nothing not to like. The bathroom was separate to the main apartment, across the landing but was still private, this is just an observation not a complaint.

The place was big, nice and clean and provided with anything we might need. The owner, Alan, was extraemely kind, friendly and helpful. The place is not far from center, the parking in front of the house is free and often available. We had great time there!

We suggest to put some hangers in the bathroom to hang towels.

a very nice and generous host in an appartment that needs small improvements

Alan is a very warm and kind man, that obviously does a big effort to make the stay in his appartement as comfortable as possible. the place is quite large, and well equiped and Alan generously left us milk, bread and many more goodies in the kitchen. Walking to center of town takes 12-15 minutes and there's a bus behind the corner.

Everything - the location was great, the apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. Alan the owner gave us directions, and transport tips for our trip as well as tea, coffee, milk and food! we absolutely loved staying here and if we return to Dublin, this will definitely be our accommodation.

Ein Gastgeber, den man so schnell nicht wieder findet - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Gastgeber Alan ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch - für das Frühstück hatte uns Alan einiges in den Kühlschrank gestellt - war schon außergewöhnlich. Er hat uns viele Informationen über Dublin mitgeteilt - z.B. mit welchem Bus man günstig fährt oder in welchem Pub es sehr schön ist. Wir sind schon viel gereist, aber einen solchen tollen Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie - und er sprach so Deutsch.

Der Fernseher, der dort im Wohnzimmer stand, war nicht für das normale Fernsehprogramm zu benutzen, dass sollte man ändern.

Hôte très accueillant et arrangeant qui nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Dublin, a une quinzaine de minutes du port si vous arrivez en ferry. Il y a des places gratuites de parking dans la rue. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Je recommande

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut. Den Esstisch haben wir sowohl zum Essen als auch zum Spielen genutzt. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir Eier, Bacon, Würstchen, Toast und Milch in der Küche.

Wir waren dort im Mai und die Heizung funktionierte nicht im Bad.

SYMPATHIQUE

excentré du centre ville mais en 20-25 minutes à pied (agréable). De plus le bus ( howth sumit) ou la gare pour se rendre à Howth est dans le secteur ( bus 7 min à pied), gare ( 10-15 min). l'hôte est très discret ( vu à la remise des clés, on a envoyé un messge booking et 5 min après il ouvrait la porte. on avait oublié de lui demander son N° de tél (mais le créneau d'arrivée avait été précisé)) et arrangeant (pour laisser les sacs la dernière journée).

Le calme, un quartier excentré (retour à pied tranquille), Un Spar (mini marché sur le trajet à pied). Au final bien placé pour faire Dublin Centre et se rendre sur la côte ( bus ou train)
