Good family sized accommodation.

View of the river, spacious 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Good sized beds. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet. Parking available if you got in early. Felt very secure. Lift to the second floor.

The worst holiday let and host I have ever experienced.

Nice view across the river and a quiet location, but ...

There was no lockbox with a key; we waited 1 hour until a neighbor let us in and he said this was a known problem. Lots of very wet laundry was hung up and the flat smelled moldy, which I politely pointed out. The owner said he had no "time for nonsense or silly things," said he would come collect the keys and we could leave if not happy. He also reneged on the late checkout (12:00) and said he would come at 10:00 and hoped to not see us there. Neither the shower nor bath worked the night we arrived; the next morning it took an hour to find out how to reset the pump. The owner had pictures, so it was probably a know problem. Even one of the fixtures fell off the shower wall, as it was so rusty.

Horrendous - avoid at all costs.

Nice location on the river.

Key was left inside mailbox, which was wide open - anyone could have taken it. Inside was absolutely VILE - dust and dirt, dirty sinks and showers. Half full shower gels and hairspray cans in the bathrooms. Also a clothes airer in the middle of the lounge full of wet washing!

So, so place about 1.5 miles from the center of town.

Property needed sprucing up. Towels were small and there was not a bath mat for the bathtub. There were not any hand towels. The lining on the drapes was shredded from sun coming in windows. There was a large hole in the woodwork under the kitchen counter to the left of the sink. Also a hole in the front bedroom from the door knob being pushed into the wall which was noted by the owner before we were there. Overhead light did not work in front bedroom over looking the river.

Good location but overall a poor experience due to broken showers and internet being down.

Comfortable beds. Good views from balcony.

No internet connectivity. No water pressure meaning after one of the hottest nights of the year the showers would not work the following morning. A plumber could not be sourced before we checked-out. Our Host was accessible and friendly via email and then WhatsApp but they could not offer more than an apology.

The apartment is located near city center and has all you would need. Shops located nearby and the street parking is available. Great view from the balcony. Loads of space inside.

During the low tide the smell from the canal is noticeable. The interior is pretty basic, but it's a fair deal for the price.

Unsafe and disgusting!

The view

The place is unsafe and disgusting. The previous reviews are false, and pictures will be attached to this review to show how bad this place is. There are holes in the walls, a sink with black tape across it and the trap just sitting in it, curtains ripped and hanging off, parts of the kitchen cupboard doors and draws falling apart, electrical problems with tripping switches in the boards (which you will be blamed for), wires hanging out of the wall, black mould at sinks and showers which is very bad, especially for kids and animals, the microwave is rusty inside, planks on the balcony have gaps, holes in the floors, beds hard as stone, kick boards smashed and broken and more. I messaged the owner for help and was told to reset trips, and sparks came out. Please be careful. It's very dangerous. After that, no help was given, and we were told we could cancel with nowhere to go at 630pm. We spent the night without power to the sockets and left at 6 am. Don't take the children to this flat!

Les commentaires précédents m'avaient inquiétés mais je les trouve très alarmistes. J'ai donc apprécié : - le rapport qualité prix - fidèle à la description (espace pour 6 personnes, équipements etc) - le calme de la résidence - proche de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport (il faut traverser le pont et se mettre devant la conciergerie avec le "3") - proche transports en commun (bus et train) car la distance centre ville a prévoir (30 min de marche) - Vu de l'appartement et sans vis a vis - le propriétaire m'a toujours répondue

- l'appartement nécessite un rafraichissement - il n'était pas sale mais peut être pas aux standards de tout le monde (sans être dégoûtant, il y avait quelques retouches pour ma part) mais sanitaires ok

Appartement avec un beau potentiel, mais tellement de choses à revoir!

Le quartier est plutôt sympa, un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais nous n’aurions pas découvert ce quartier si nous n’avions pas loué l’appartement. Une brasserie très sympa juste en face (un peu de marche, car la rivière nous sépare ). L’appartement dispose d’un beau potentiel, avec trois chambres, trois salles de bain et une très belle vue sur la rivière.

Malheureusement, il est en mauvais état, les sols sont abîmés, un lavabo était condamné avec du scotch, des cadres abîmés, des rideaux déchirés , des meubles de cuisine qui ne donnent pas du tout envie de cuisiner dans cet appartement! Nous étions là pour le week-end, nous avons mangé au restaurant en permanence. Communication inexistante avec le propriétaire, qui ne répond à aucun des messages. Heureusement que l’appartement n’était pas trop cher par rapport aux prix pratiqués à Dublin, car sinon nous aurions vraiment regretté ce choix. C’est dommage, il pourrait être très agréable avec un peu d’investissement…
