We really like the location near the bus stop, restaurants, and groceries very close by, cleanliness, and the layout of the apartment. We loved the windows that opened at night to cool it down. Truly loved having two bathrooms. Good communication. Easy to get in with no one around. We also loved finding coffee and oats in the cupboard as well as teabags. Thank you so much. We use the tea kettle very often.
We are in our early 60s and it was hard to get up out of the low beds, and the couch was nice to look at, but not very comfortable. We found ourselves propping pillows behind us and trying to stay away from the slant of the roof overhead.

We appreciated the dedicated parking spot, since parking in Dublin is scarce and expensive. The location is close to several Google and Accenture buildings, so expect lots of techies passing by. And the canal is a nice backdrop to the apartment. Having two bathrooms was a nice surprise.
Be aware that the height of the beds are very close to the floor if you have a problems getting up from a low position.

I think the owners need to do some maintenance on the facility.
The grounds close by were sketchy. Homeless encampment next door, right out our door. The shower in the master was less than acceptable. The drain from a three minute shower filled the room. The overspray hit the wooden door.
After 6 nights in bnb’s, this was the bottom of the list. All others had at least coffee. Not here.
