Quite close to the tramways (5-10min walk). Clean and quiet. Shared kitchen available. Shared spaces are good.

The description doesn't say the kitchen is shared: that's a big cons. The shared kitchen misses some basic appliances. As it's primarily for long term students, there is no spices/oil/papers at disposal, nor cleaning. "Double bed" is a "Large one-person bed", because it's a 120cm wide. Plus its stuck on a wall so you're really not able to escape the tinyness. Can't open the window wide so it can stay hot inside.

Very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit small, but equipped with everything you need, with the possibility of using the communal kitchen. Overall perfect for a cheap but comfortable trip. Great possibility also to do the check in very late at night (we had our flight landed very late)

I was aware this is student accommodations which is let out during the summer months. I expected bijou-like sleeping cells; mine was fairly clean, had towels and nice views. Allocation of rooms seems random; while some got more spacious rooms others had to do with really tiny ones. The roof terrace is a welcome bonus and the building itself feels very secure (using a key fob). Very kind staff at reception. Plenty of eateries to choose.

Common areas including roof terrace foliage appears neglected. The kitchen contained exactly one single glas cup, hobs were not working. Iron boards without irons (I got one loaned after asking). The area around the building feels dodgy. Even considering student accommodation, there are better options.

Good location good for a solo person

Room was really hot, really loud and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also the bathroom fan was deafening and took ages to switch off after using, very irritating at night
