Good value for money

Very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit small, but equipped with everything you need, with the possibility of using the communal kitchen. Overall perfect for a cheap but comfortable trip. Great possibility also to do the check in very late at night (we had our flight landed very late)

I was aware this is student accommodations which is let out during the summer months. I expected bijou-like sleeping cells; mine was fairly clean, had towels and nice views. Allocation of rooms seems random; while some got more spacious rooms others had to do with really tiny ones. The roof terrace is a welcome bonus and the building itself feels very secure (using a key fob). Very kind staff at reception. Plenty of eateries to choose.

Common areas including roof terrace foliage appears neglected. The kitchen contained exactly one single glas cup, hobs were not working. Iron boards without irons (I got one loaned after asking). The area around the building feels dodgy. Even considering student accommodation, there are better options.

Price/quality ratio acceptable but not perfect

The establishment and the room were clean. For long-term stays, the establishment has all kinds of facilities and equipement (gym, laundry, kitchen, game room). A ten minute walk will get you to the Spire.

The bed was quite small for two people. The mattress was used (like a hole in the middle) and we didn't sleep well. The hot water was almost inexistant: only a trickle of water came out of the shower head (no problem for cold water however).

Stay literally anywhere else.

That there was mildew/black mold on the walls of the room we stayed in for the first two nights. After making the hotel aware of this, it took a few hours before they got back to me and gave us a new room. After asking for a refund for the nights we stayed in the room, it took a few days/a week before they finally agreed to give it to me - however just for one night. Afterwards they’ve also claimed that I’ve stated that I was ok with the room (which I handnt), and then they’ve just started ignoring me. I’m not one to complain, but renting out a room with mold is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for the refund for the second night. Oh and the kitchen was dirty and the shower doesn’t drain - so you’re standing in a puddle of water after showering for 5 seconds.

Really enjoyed our stay — the rooftop has an amazing 360° view of Dublin. Great central location.

The rooftop has an amazing 360° view of Dublin. There are plenty of great shared spaces like a gym, cinema, kitchen, and lounge. Our room was small but comfy and modern. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

I did not feel that we received value for the amount we paid.

The staff (whoever we met) were pleasant.

First of all, it was NOT value for the amount that was paid. If it is advertised as a hotel, with hotel facilities, then the following was lacking : 1. The linens and towels were NOT CHANGED during our whole 8 day stay. No new tissue rolls were provided in the Washroom. No instructions were given as to whether we were supposed to inform the Reception about it. 2. Since that week was extremely hot, the Air Conditioners were practically not working. Water pressure in the shower was pathetic. 3. Tea/coffee ingredients should have been provided in the room on a daily basis. Bottled water could also have been provided.

Nice place and a good location.

It was in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and the people were nice that we met.

The bed was a bit small for both of us. We did find it a bit warm.

Friendly staff, nice place and nice location for a short stay in Dublin.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. The position was good, a 10 minutes walk to Henry Street. The room was small but comfy, a bit warm because it was very hot in Dublin during the stay. Overall, we liked the place, and it was very easy to manage. Only drawback is that there is no chance to store the luggage, but they provided very good tips (e.g. the use of the app Stasher) for where to store the luggage in case of early arrival (prior to the check-in time).

The staff at the place is great- I was assisted every time I needed anything. The appartment was nice; the room was really small, but since I came there only for the nights it was enough. The place is a walking distance from the centre. I think it is best for groups of friends and couples.

Beware the neigbourhood can be a bit rough at night so be careful.

Fairly good location, staff were friendly and nice to be with a group but have our own rooms with en-suites.

The place wasn’t the cleanest, with hairs all over the bathroom and one of my friends showers wouldn’t drain as it was blocked with hair. On the advert it advertised amenities within the rooms, however there were none, with one a 1/3 roll of loo roll to be shared amongst 4 of us. We were up visiting a friend who lives in Dublin who was staying at his own place down the road, when we tried to let him in just whilst we were getting ready, the staff got a bit funny saying that guests aren’t usually allowed on site. Would I stay here again…I think I’d look elsewhere.

Sanctuary for us, but felt shafted

Helpful staff but communication sometimes difficult. Access to transport useful. Beds better than expected. Ensuite bathroom for each room but listed as apartment in Dublin City.

More expensive for 3 bed apartment than family hotel in city centre. However each room had its own ensuite which was great. We booked 4 months in advance. Booking.com cancelled without notice and when we rebooked it was double the price. The excuse was change of name of apartment and new rules. Sounds fraudulent to me.

It was perfect what we needed it for, somewhere to get the heads down at night. Very well priced in comparison to hotels. The manager was very nice and helpful when he greeted us on arrival. Walking distance to certain of town (15/20mins)

It didn't look like the shower had been cleaned before our arrival, it was obviously dirty in my room but the other rooms we had were fine.

Clean shoebox

Went to Dublin exclusively to see the 2023 GAA All Ireland Hurling Championship Final @ Croke Park. Short walk to the match and trolley in other direction.

Stayed 3 nights. They wouldn't provide clean towels when I asked. Evidently they contract out their cleaning services. My room was ok and clean but the size of a shoebox. This place is ok for the traveling students but wouldn't recommend for a couple because impossible to keep out of each others way.

Room was spacious and building was nice-

Plugs didn’t work , problem with the key when I got there it wasn’t registered to me so had to wait a long time to get checked in when I had set a time and was on time, staff were rude, almost treated me like a student in a condescending manner when I went down to ask why the plugs were not working

The location was fairly central, only about a five-six minutes' walk to O'Connell Street, which was useful.

The key I was given did not always work very well - particularly when entering the building - however this was only a minor inconvenience, as there was always somebody at reception to buzz you in.

Comfortable stay but could do better.

Overall the stay was comfortable. Very close to the center and surrounded with cafe's, supermarkets and resturants. Communication was perfect, the customer service was very nice and answered any inquiries within minutes. Beds were conftarble, the common area is big with a lot of storage room. Each room had it's own bathroom, which was great. It is not exactly an apartment rather a student accomadation. The rooms are seperate from the living room and kitchen but it was ok for us.

*Could be a whole lot cleaner. The floor in the common area have seen better days and were dirty and sticky. *The sofas are dirty as well, could look a whole lot better with extensive cleaning. *an extra towel would have come in handy without having to day an additional fee.

We each had our own bathroom and having access to a kitchen was great.

Our apartment had a door that was unlocked that led to another apartment. I notified them 3 times before they came and locked that door. One of the rooms within the apartment had barf in the shower. After they cleaned that up, they left the door to our apartment open; therefore allowing anyone in the building to have access to our rooms. The floors were very dirty and the kitchen lacked supplies. They brought us mugs when I asked. It felt very unsafe and was very expensive and so frustrating trying to get them to make our apartment secure so we could feel safe. Also the desk chairs in each room were very dirty.

Very secure and people were respestful. Front desk was also helpful and always nice.

No one really showed me around and explained things to me, that would've been nice. Took me minute to figure out how the door to my room locks. I wish I had more towels, there was only 1 'big' towel. Wish they had at least 1 big and 1 small towel. Not enough plates/bowls/ cutlery. On my first 2 days there wasn't any dishsoap, sponge or napkins. Front desk told me that's my hosts' responsibility and I should ask them. I didn't, but fortunately the next day those things appeared. There were no bins in the room or bathroom. What if I had my period? I would have to leave my room everytime I changed my tampon or pad? That's annoying.

Small Dorm rooms, NOT apartments

The rooms were new, modern and very secure dorm rooms. It's in a student dorm building so the reception (though everything is processed beforehand online) was open all night and were helpful. Easy access to trams and buses to airport.

Rooms were not as advertised. It said "apartment" in title, but in fact they were 3, small, separate dorm rooms with access to a communal kitchen and lounge. Some rooms were missing trash (rubbish) bins and toilet paper. These are NOT the apartment as it was advertised. Before arriving I was constantly bombarded with several emails with the same update, twice I was asked about information I previously provided, and once they completely got my name wrong. We were not happy with misleading description so I emailed them back asking for a partial reimbursement and after back and forth of them saying that they description is still "accurate", they tried to ignore me with the reimbursement. I had to email Booking about this. So beware of this property manager (separate entity which owns, manages, and staffs the people on the grounds).
