Its exceptional location in the centre of Madrid allows you to reach many of the city's most emblematic places in just a few minutes, such as Gran Vía with its hundreds of businesses and iconic buildings; the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Santa María la Real de la Almudena; Plaza de España; or Puerta del Sol, where the Royal Post Office is located, whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain and the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, a symbol of Madrid for residents and tourists.
This neighbourhood, moreover, has an excellent public transport connection with the entire city centre district and the rest of the city, highlighting its proximity to the Metro stations of San Bernardo Plaza de España and Noviciado and the dozens of bus lines that pass through the area.
The apartment:
This spacious five-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and has capacity for ten guests.
Its welcoming atmosphere guarantees a pleasant stay for all its occupants. The common area of the flat stands out for an elegant and modern dining table with space for 10 diners, which in turn harmoniously integrates the fully equipped American-style kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The modern floor design includes the customised decoration of each of the five rooms, to give its own character to each space. Each room has a spacious double bed.
Likewise, the apartment has three full bathrooms equipped with a shower, two of them located in the bedroom corridor and the third one inside the main room to provide an extra degree of comfort to our guests.

The property has internet access and an individual gas boiler.
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
