The room was very cramped and the flushes were broken

- Comfy beds good air con lovely view from the balcony very short walking distances to shops. Rooms separated for privacy

The tv was audio only. loud outside hard to sleep

Location perfect..Carrefour and pharmacy in 100 meter

There must be clean service at least 3 days once

Our family stayed here for 6 nights. While the location is exceptional, the maintenance and cleanliness were quite disappointing. Pros: 1. Convenience: Very close to the metro station, about a 5-minute walk. 2. Environment: Located right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet inside. The location is superior. 3. Communication: The host was very responsive to our messages. 4. Space: Spacious layout with a dining table, making meals very convenient.

1. Washing Machine: Extremely dirty inside; we didn't dare to use it. Even after requesting the host to clean it, it still looked disgusting. I have attached photos of the machine after it was cleaned for reference. 2. Kitchenware: Cutlery and dishes were not clean. We had to re-wash everything ourselves before use. 3. Supplies: Only 3.5 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 3 people for 6 days. The host refused to provide more, which was quite shocking. We had to buy our own. 4. Bath Mat: Only one bath mat was provided for 3 people for the entire 6-night stay. 5. Coffee: Only 4 coffee capsules provided for 3 people for 6 days. 6. Hot Water: The water temperature was unstable (fluctuating between hot and cold). If 2 or 3 people showered consecutively, the hot water would run out. Conclusion:
