I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, including the fresh bedding and towels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower provided immediate hot water.
The room provided was significantly smaller than the online description, and the lack of bedside power outlets and lighting was inconvenient. Furthermore, our pre-booked parking was canceled at 9:30 p.m. the night before our arrival, causing considerable difficulty in securing alternative arrangements on short notice. Although we were assured that a refund for the parking would be processed upon our departure, the funds have yet to be received. While the overall service and quality of the stay were satisfactory, I am quite disappointed regarding these logistical issues and would appreciate a prompt resolution concerning the outstanding refund.
