Amazing location, friendly staff, easy to find and access property. Clear communication throughout stay. Comfortable bed and great add ons like hair dryer, iron and kettle. Although room was smaller than we expected, we were glad to see there was under bed storage, hangers/wardrobe as well as lots of hooks. Good size room for 2 people and plenty of light and storage which was helpful! Overall very happy with the stay! Thank you
The blanket definitely hadn’t been washed as we found multiple hairs all over the bed that wasn’t our own. The shower was at a difficult height and was hard to use due to angle of shower head. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than dirty blanket and drawers under the bed dirty and dusty, the rest of the room was clean.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Decent amenities.
Lack of wardrobe space. Window to balcony wouldn't lock properly. Balcony very small and not really usable. Room smaller than appears in the photo's.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very good ,near to sea front ,bars and restaurants ,with good local bus service, I dont have much more to add ,overall very satisfyed
Some parts of the local area seemed a little run down and tired,and too many street drinkers and junkies ,which need cleaning up seeing Brighton is a city and tourist attraction
