Great location, modern access arrangements, everything I needed.
The property was great but I had scam messages from two different WhatsApp accounts purporting to be the hotel. I contacted the hotel about this and they apologised but it would have been nice to have had an acknowledgement from Booking.com that my details were compromised

The flat is conveniently located near the sea front and town centre. We visited for a wedding which was being held at Pier Court (formally Patters) and the apartments are just around the corner! The room wasn't massive but had everything we needed and suited our short stay perfectly! The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive!
Our room was located on the top floor and there were at least 3 or 4 flights of stairs to climb which were quite narrow and steep. However this wouldn't stop us coming back!

Good for a short overnight stay after a flight. Good location in Brighton. Clean in the room. I liked the tea and milk. I enjoyed the lovely sea view and breeze.
A bit noisy but it was ok. The sink plug was broken so you couldn’t drain the bathroom sink.
