It was a really lovely little guest house in the perfect location! Room was super comfy, clean and had everything we needed.

A gem small cosy clean attention to detail robes, slippers toiletries water tea coffee etc. windows that open, a very good remote light and ceiling fan combo, plenty of sockets with USB inputs tv remote. will definitely be back next year didn't have time to try the food, eat in the indoor or outdoor areas but the food smelt and looked great and the eating areas were lovely had a nice vibe and decor.

We love the location especially for the Brighton Pride Weekend. The staff were fantastic and welcoming.
The hot water tap was very sensitive but apart from that no issues.

Great location near the Lanes and walking distance to the seafront.
The rooms are quite tired. Room door was very sticky and difficult to open. Window would not stay open either.
