Safestay Brighton Royal Pavilion

A really kind and considerate team always there with a smile and a joke. They all went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate my requests, e.g., for staying in the same room over separate bookings and to retrieve a book I lost. The facilities were exceptional, with exquisitely coordinated furnishing, especially in the spacious communal lounge/reception, which had espresso and draft beer. Great location too. I especially liked the view of the Royal Pavilion from my bunk bead, right across the street., and the capacious locker in my dorm. The team's calm outlook created a nice feel among the broad cross section of guests and everyone felt really welcome.

The laundry and lift weren't ready yet, because Safestay was either new or recently renovated, but everyone was very helpful when I needed to carry luggage up the stairs.

I liked Alex and the man in the yellow shirt with glasses. They were really accommodating and make you feel really comfortable. I liked my roommates, they were all really nice.

I wish there were Elevators, being on the 4th floor with Two Suitcases wasn’t very fun and do wish there was a fan or aircon, I ended up sleeping on the floor next to the window for most of the night because it was so hot but I still had a good sleep. Although they waved the fees for my luggage storage in my circumstances I think the Luggage fee should be no more than £2.00 per Day as you are already paying for the room.
