The location is very good and the room was ideal as a base for a weekend in Brighton. The room was fresh and bright and having use of the share kitchen (and fridge) was a bonus. Overall it was very good value..
I think the owners have been improving the place and the attention to detail could have been better in one or two places, like where the lock had been changed on the bathroom door, but nothing significant.

Very good location, LGBT accommodation, near food and bars, easy to check in and come in.
The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in, it definitely needs changing as it caused some back pains in the morning.
