Location is central and perfect for a short stay.Rooms are basic,a little dated but clean,hotel itself is clean.Staff very friendly and helpfull.Breakfast is average unfortunately.

Location close to train station was excellent for us.
Staff very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay
Room was spacious clean and totally quiet
Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and hot food regularly topped up.
Would use again for our brighton visits.

Beds were small but VERY comfortable. A/C worked well.
The room, especially the bathroom, seemed to be designed like a dorm room for an elderly person. The bathroom had hand rails all over, a shower chair and just felt like it was waiting for an elderly person to fall. Water pressure for the shower was poor. It was definitely overpriced for what we got.
