    Recieved text from company at 14.15 on the day of arrival when I arrived at the property at 21.30 WhatsApp as requested and was messaged that I needed to pay extra charges. Paid the charges but still did not recieve access codes multiple messages sent and phone calls made until 22.30 when I finally gave up and went to another hotel. Trying to a refund now as service not provided

    This is a self-check in place. Check in is advertised as from 4pm, around this time you are sent messages on WhatsApp from V-hotels but you pay nearly £5 before you are added into the queue to receive codes for the front door and your room, as I had to be at an event and needed to get in soon. I ended up paying even more just to be put into the priority check in to get these details, ridiculous. In the room there wasn't even a bin for rubbish and while a kettle was provided and standard coffee and tea and two mugs there wasn't even any spoons and said coffee sachets had to be left out due to no bin. Crumbs from previous occupier on the floor, not vacuumed thoroughly, no working light or ventilation fan in the bathroom, couldn't access the WiFi for the tv and other devices. This poor standard was compounded by having to pay extra just to get inside close to the advertised check in time.

    Cheap is the only good thing about the place. 1 star is a fair rating. They dont respond to messages through agoda so make sure you check in on WhatsApp before 6pm. FYI It's an AI service

    The room was tiny, dirty, and unkept. The bed had seen better days, being creaky and lumpy. The window wouldn’t stay open and would slam shut at random times. The internet didn’t work.
