Convenient location with a shop next door. Loved the GHD hair straighteners in the room. Nice decor.
Very hot during the night, but then we are experiencing extreme high temperatures. Although there was a fan in the room available.

Small, compact clean and what was expected . Coffee well stocked
Breakfast very poor and overcharged. £10 pp for 3 pastries (or 1 pastry and a drink) Had to collect from local cafe. Don’t bother to book breakfast.

Everything i needed was available in the room
Good sized bathroom
I attended a music festival at Concorde 2, which was less than 10 minutes walk away
I know that the room was listed as being "small" but the main area, excluding the bathroom, was very small

Great location and the room was clean
Lack of maintenance
- insecure loose door lock
- damaged fire/smoke door seal
- broken window handle
- bulb in bathroom not working
- curtains hanging off rail
- poorly designed shower screen causing flooding of floor.
