Superb decor and furniture in a good location
Parking was a little awkward but totally understand that Brighton is difficult to park and the owner provided very good instructions as to where to park

Nice clean room, bathroom area and a welcoming kitchen/dining area is available - although I did not use as I had plans to eat out there was plenty of pates/glasses etc.
Modern well lit hallway/staircase.
Confirmation and information for check in was clear and welcoming.
No keys, all digital codes for each door all in information message so just screenshot it.
There is no fan so had to have window open and the road sounded like a runway with the buses/lorries revving up the hill.
Bed wasn't overly comfy - but this is personal preference as i prefer a firm mattress
Shower head holder was tricky to get to stay in place and kept sliding down. Would only be a cheap fix.
