Good Communication about arrival time as check in was meant to be before 7pm but we were delayed. The Host is lovely.The Breakfast was amazing. The Bed was super comfy and much appreciated after the car journey. The Bath was lovely & deep . I wasn't expecting Room service ,so that was a nice addition too.
The Shower in the en-suite was out of use.

Breakfast was great, the owner was lovely. Appreciated the fan and the small fridge.
Our window didn’t open which we could have done with at night in this hot weather. We couldn’t get the shower temperature right, it was either cold or too hot.( Apparently if the person in the floor above is using the shower this can happen) Could also have done with a thinner duvet, ended up taking the cover off and using as a sheet.

Breakfast was good with a choice of full English and cereals and toast.
Could not open window, only with a wedge that opened it slightly! The shower door was stiff to open thinking it would break and tried all combinations to get hot water but gave up and went to use a different one!

Staff friendly. Breakfast brilliant. Clean
Room was cold - no individual heating. Shower was lukewarm - wouldn't get hot.
