Fantastic location for our purposes (watching a show at the Cairns Theatre) with good restaurants only five mins walk away. The parking permit is a great option and we found a spot right outside the property which was a bonus.
Thoughtful "heatwave" touches including a fan and a mini fridge. Tea, coffee etc. always welcome.
Our room was on the second floor and the stairs were a bit steep for me, but I managed.

Lovely property. Very well-maintained. Brilliant location, close to the beach and centre but quiet. Loved the little touches, like the bowl of sweets in the entrance hall. Communication was excellent -all via email. Room was well-appointed and comfortable. Loved the balcony. Thank you for the fan, which helped to keep the room cool. Comfy bed.

Very handy as a bus ride from the station. The codes to get in meant that I could arrive late. Very clean room with shower , kettle and tv. You don’t meet any staff, so it is difficult to rate this part, but the online contact was very helpful.
I would have liked a bit more clothes hanging space but not a problem for 1 night. I will re book and will recommend to others.
