Great location. Fabulous views from our room.
Never met a single member of staff. We saw one in reception once but he didn’t greet us.

I stayed in a double room(56) which was at the top and back of the hotel and was nice and quiet, as well as clean and well equipped. My friend stayed in room 58 which was a single and also clean. Getting in to the hotel was easy as was getting into our rooms despite reception being closed.
I did not realise that single rooms have a shower but no toilet! This meant my friend had to go down two flights of stairs to use the shared toilet in the night. She said there was a lot of noise from the wind rattling her window as well (it was a very windy night!)

We got given a room with an amazing view and it was very clean, the beds were really comfortable
The bathroom could do with a frosted window so that you’re not on full display. I know there is a blind, but it’s not preferred/immediately apparent.
A warning about the huge amount of stairs to climb to get to the room wouldn’t have gone amiss
