I was in the area to visit someone at The Royal Sussex County Hospital and the location of this property was excellent, it being less than 15 minutes walk away. It was also close to plenty of cafes, retaurants and conevenience stores. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe at the accomodation and the proprty was exceptional clean. It was a hot day on my arrival so I was very appreciative of the bottled water provided in the fridge in the room. The owner of the property kindly contacted me with the option of extending my checkout time from 10.30am to 12 pm at no extra charge. I was appreciative of this offer and I availed of the later checkout.
The down side for me would have to be the noise of the pipes on the wall that if you were a light sleeper it may well be an issue for you. The bathroom had a very small shower unit but it was not an issue for me as I'm not a particularly large person.

The bed was very comfortable. The tea, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. The water in the fridge was thoughtful too .
The shower was extremely small , I’m not a large person but I struggled with getting in & out of the shower .
