Cremona is amazing, these rooms are just OK.
These rooms are an extension of a nearby hotel placed right next to the cathedral in an historic building. The location is great, but I'm not sure it is better than just being in the actual hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely with many options and the staff there were very attentive and helpful. In the guesthouse, you are mostly on your own. The rooms were clean and the wifi worked well.
I didn't love the tower rooms. They were furnished in a very modern, minimalist aesthetic like the hotel and the only reference to the historic nature was in the weird skeleton key to enter the room, which was awkward to use. There wasn't a ton of soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. It also overlooks the street and edge of the piazza, so you can hear everything happening in town at the same time.

Schwierig zu finden, kaum angeschrieben, auch das Hotel degli Arti ist kaum zu sehen von der Strasse aus.(dort muss man den Schlüssel holen)

Propre mais organisation à revoir , service wifi et isolation des fenêtres à faire d urgence pour le bruit
La chambre est grande très bien décorée mais mal isolée du bruit extérieur (simple vitrage) La proximité avec le centre historique
Le manque d information sur comment récupérer les clés de l appartement. En effet nous sommes arrivés tard et pensant avoir un hôtel comme hébergement nous avons vite compris qu’il s’agissait en fait d un RbnB. Seulement dans le site aucune information Le pire c’est que sur le site aucune infos sur comment récupérer les clés !!!! Donc panique 18h00 avec deux enfants dans une ville que nous ne connaissions pas et après avoir roulé plus de 6h00. Donc nous avons appelé le contact sur la reservation qui nous a indiqué qu’il fallait récupérer les clés à la réception d un hôtel. Je trouve cela pas très sérieux en terme d’organisation. En plus le wifi ne fonctionnait pas malgré l intervention d un technicien après l avoir signalé à la réception. Malgré tous ces désagréments je souhaite louer le professionnalisme du personnel de l hotel notamment le personnel qui s occupe du petit déjeuner Merci de prendre en compte mes remarques pour les prochaines personnes qui loueront chez vous

Cremona est magnifique
Très grande chambre hors des standards habituels d'hôtels. L'agencement de la pièce avec un dressing, très bien. La clarté de la pièce. Petit-déjeuner: la machine à faire les Pancakes est une super trouvaille. La situation géographique est absolument idéale.
Le lieu a été très difficile à trouver. Il faut indiquer clairement que les clefs s'obtiennent à l'hôtel Dell'arti (Aucun document Booking ne l'a mentionné.) La douche en "pluie", pas de prise en main possible. Rien pour poser le savon ou les produits. Il a fallu trouver un adaptateur pour pouvoir brancher le petit réfrigérateur. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être franchement plus élaboré.
