The hotel was located just a block away from the Duomo, less than 5 minutes from Violin Museum. There is also a big supermarket in the piazza where the museum is... and lots of local stores and pastry shops are around the Duomo square! It should take 20 minutes or so from the station by walk, and a little more if you have a big luggage. I recommend walking.
The bed and pillow was comfy, I had a good sleep after a hard day. It was a nice surprise to find a coffee machine on the desk! Have a sip while you are taking a rest any time of the day...
Breakfast room was elegantly furbished. I liked there is a variety of fruits and even scrambled egg. The pastries were delicious.
The hotel deserves 4 stars indeed.
I was in bed and woken up 8 in the morning by one of the cleaning staff... a little embarrassing, but I believe it does not happen usually.

The location is excellent. The entrance hall seemed attractive.
My room felt very sad. Like a lonely place to spend the night. The bathroom - some Soviet-era room where a person might wash their hands and instruments after experimenting on animals. The toilet was strangely very high from the floor. I’m average height and my feet could barely reach the floor. That’s was a strange feature.

Staff, breakfast, and location were all really good.
Slightly noisy square outside and bed a little hard.

I was there on business. The place is clean everybody’s friendly and no problems. Breakfast was decent cooked well and even had prosciutto.
To the left of the exit and the entrance is a bar on the corner you can have a drink or chill with dinner for under €20 across the street as a pizza place as a super thin pie, which is tasty nine bucks for a personal pie, which is very nice Overall town is respectful and a good place for a business trip.

Amazing location
This is not a 4 star hotel. Sorings pushing into my back in the mattress, mould around bath, awful plastic toilet paper and soap dispenser which made the whole room seem cheap.

We have stayed at this hotel before. If you are in cremona to visit the Museo del Violino this is the spot for you. It is only one block away and you are also very close the the oldest and most historic part of Cremona. the staff is very helpful. The breakfast room has been completely updated since our last visit three years ago. Rooms are a good size and comfortable.
Nothing. we were very pleased with everything.

Location was great , 2 steps to the centro storico, Duomo area.
Receptionists were friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast lady was super sweet and cheerful, she served coffee in a happy mood, Brava. Hard to see happy staff these days ;-)
Although the room was quiet facing the inner yards, the walls were paper-thin, very poor soundproof, we could hear our next door guest sneezing, every words talking on the phone etc...
Not so obvious why it is a 4 star hotel...but rather a 3 star, perhaps.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appreciated the courtesy bottles of water, especially in this July heat.
The shower head was on the ceiling, far away, and water pressure was not strong. Would have appreciated a hand held shower apparatus and better pressure.

Great location in a fascinating city. A nice welcome on arrival from a helpful receptionist.
Faded decor and furnishings. Basic facilities for a hotel and a drab breakfast.

Staff friendly and most helpful
Very hard bed.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, an ideal destination for those wishing to explore the city's main attractions - including local restaurants.
Our special requests were fulfilled.
Breakfast perhaps not too rich, but there is something for everyone. Super coffee!
Unfortunately, we hit a time of renovation - however, I will admit that we were in low season when there were not too many tourists. It's a shame that this information was missing from the hotel website and the news.
For those who appreciate quiet at night, the restaurants and bars located in the same building may be an obstacle. It is very noisy until late at night.
Poor room lighting - even with all the lights on, it is very dark.

Excellent location in the middle of town, adjacent to all of the historical buildings (cathedral etc) plus the violin museum. A leisurely 20 minute walk away from the train station. Decent pizza place right across the square. Adequate room and bathroom size.
Not much not to like. Maybe the elevator could have been faster, might be a problem when the hotel is really full. Breakfast selection standard.
8.0 / 10.0
Spacious room and bathroom, balcony, central location, clean, friendly staff.
No free bottled water provided; no power outlet near the bed or night stand; drainage in the shower is a bit slow(temporarily flooded floor).

The bed was hard. The room was cold. I missed a duvet and only had a blanket.
It was very noicy in the hotel and I had trouble sleeping.

Location is top!

Communication was easy, location excellent. By and large you get what you expect - a hotel in the middle of the town, but nothing more. It's supposed to be a four star hotel, but I honestly don't know for what they got the fourth star. The room, the entire hotel didn't have anything special. All in all I thought it was , for the late time in the year, overpriced.
No particular complaints. There was a lot of noise coming from the piazza in the night, but the hotel can't change that, being right in the centre of the town.
There was no separate shower cabinet. The bathroom was equipped wit a tub, where you had to stand in to shower - not something you would expect from a four start hotel.

Fabulous location in a fantastic city, kind and helpful staff, comfortable room and a wonderful shower
Noise from the square outside every night, thin walls between rooms which made 1 night particularily difficult, happily remaining 3 nights were fine. The bed could be more comfortable.
And there should be more vegan options at breakfast!

Only the location of the hotel
Poor breakfast. Room outdated.
