The location was excellent — right in the city centre on a lovely street. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. I had accidentally booked the place for the wrong dates, and despite having a non-refundable reservation, they personally contacted Booking.com to arrange a full refund for me and ensured I could rebook for the correct year. I’m extremely grateful for their understanding and proactive approach. I hadn’t even realised I had booked the wrong year — they were the ones who reached out to double-check and help me fix everything. Fantastic service and genuinely caring people.

Price too high

Clean basic rooms. Good location just out of historical center. Easy to park car nearby for free.

Absurd price for what it is. Hostels are great and should exist in all towns for budget travellers, but the price here is way too high for a couple of small beds and no service at all.

Very happy.

My room was large and everything worked, except one ceiling light. It was convenient from the train station and the main piazza, well within walking distance. I loved it and Sara was extremely helpful.

Unless you've got internet on your phone, you can't gain access because WhatsApp doesn't work without it I was assured when I booked that I could drop off my travelling suitcase but that would have been impossible. The link to gain access doesn't work until a few minutes before midday.

A nice place to stay

Sara, the host was excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. She let me park my motorcycle in the courtyard at the rear of the property which was a secure area.

Perfect location close to the heart of Cremona. We had a private room at the back of the building: quiet, basic accomodation. Check-in was online, no staff around. It helps if you are "smart-phone savvy" (and that you own one) - but even we managed, instructions timely given before our arrival. Ample parking at the Croce Rossa parking lot around the corner, a 3- to 4-minute walk.

The staff was more than friendly, always ready to assist, keeping the room clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the center of Cremona. Perfect place to stay if you plan to visit Lombardy around.

Nice small hostel

It was a hostel, was easy to enter, we managed everything online. The room and the hostel were clean. The staff was really helpful regarding finding the parking places.

Maybe they could provide some more adapters for electricity (for computer).
