Cute, private, and quiet

It had very clear instructions for self check in. AC was incredible and the private bathroom was big and clean too. I liked the shared living room and courtyard in the building. The hosts gave us free coffee, tea, and cookies. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed in room nr. 1, there was a double and a bunk bed, desk, chair, nightstands, wardrobe and a full size mirror, TV, water boiler, coffe, teas, buiscits and jam, and books!. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell, maybe cigarettes, but after aiming out the room for a couple minutes it almost disappeard. Stepping out of the room you have your own bathroom right there, which is just as big (!!) as the room, everything echoing :D. It was clean, it had soap, body wash, towels (3), hairdryer. The decoration was beautiful. There's a huge living room area, microwave and map of the city. I loved the location, it was a safe area, easy to find And very good lightning in the room!

There was a microwave but I didn't see any bowls or plates that are microwaveable (maybe I just didn't find them), so that would be a cool addition You get actual keys (1 for bedroom, 1 for bathroom), so you have to be careful using them while the others are sleeping, a bit noise operation (un)locking the doors, but it is definitely not an actual problem :)

Superb

The instructions on taking the room where a bit confusing. For example I needed to download and use some app without registration but I couldn't not register in the app. Then it turns out that the app is not even needed since there is a PIN pad at the door which I can also use to enter the building.

Location was good and close to all the beautiful sites of the city.

There is no parking at all, and that was very inconvenient.

I asked to get info about entry code - on sms a day in advance instead of whatsapp/booking, as I did not have Internet access. Sms was promised to me, which he did not fulfill. I had to call twice in front of the main door. Roaming cost! 4 of 5 lamps in the room was out of order. Our neighbours did not have towels, but this was fixed by a lady later.

Not a happy stay.

The location.

1, the room advertising didn’t mention the bathroom is an external one. I always avoid external bathrooms. This time I assume it was a internal private bathroom but it turned out not. I used bathroom a lot and had to lock/unlock room/bathroom every time. 2, The room is absolutely not soundproofing. It’s a two bedroom apartment. I could hear everything in the other room. It’s like they are talking in my room. Unfortunately my next door roommate was a family, the kid constantly screaming and the mother constantly shouting to the kid. I have to hear all of the noise until they go to bed. 3, there was a boiler on the other side of the wall that my bed was against. the first night the boiler was running loudly and started every 5 minutes. it’s like a machine running in my head and it’s a torture. it holds me up all night. I sent a message to the owner in the midnight but he didn’t answer until the second day, then he turned the boiler off for my second day. 4, the shower head needed to be replaced. you can only get one third of water on the body, all the water went the other way and wasted. 5, all the communications with the owner was over app or Whatsup, that’s fine with me as long as it worked. 6, the single bed is too small.

Would not go back. Rooms very uncomfortable, not recommended for a couple. Person in charge didn't even answer phone

The room was too uncomfortable, no way near the pictures. There was a broken chair with a protruding nail that ripped clothes. It felt really unsafe as the entrance door was left open.

Nice building in good location

Proper pretty location with good facilities. Nice communal area with small kitchen area and microwave which is useful for a longer than one night stay. Process of accessing your room very high tech and easy to use

Clean and comfortable but not fab.

Cremona is a lovely town to visit. Good WiFi and air conditioning.

We never saw any staff. When we arrived there was washing up in the sink. Breakfast was very basic and hasn’t been refreshed since the day before - no butter, juice almost gone, coffee cups in the dishwasher so had to get them out to use them. Shower head needs to be replaced. Bit disappointing.

Tranquilla stanzetta nel cuore di Cremona

Piccola stanza, ma ben equipaggiata per un breve soggiorno. Pulizia ottima sia nella camera sia nel bagno privato esterno. Zona silenziosissima e tranquilla durante tutto il giorno, vicinissima al centro.

A noi personalmente è andato tutto bene, ma per soggiorni più lunghi si dovrebbe tenere in considerazione che la location rimane un po' buia (bagno cieco e corridoio senza esposizione) e la stanza è proprio piccolina. Ribadisco, comunque, che per brevi permanenze è più che adeguata.

Non è possibile che ogni mattina ci siano svegliati per i rumori dell'altra camera vicino sempre legati all'host dopo messaggi di chiaro dissenso. Basterebbe un cartello in vista con scritto non fare rumore è stato orribile

La ubicación es muy céntrica y perfecta para comenzar a caminar por la ciudad y sus monumentos y museos. La comunicación con los propietarios es rápida y fluida. La propiedad es muy silenciosa.

Soggiorno piacevole e stanza accogliente

Stanza comoda con bagno privato e addirittura una cabina armadio. Letto matrimoniale e comodo. Struttura silenziosa sia perché il condominio è abbastanza silenzioso e i condomini molto gentili, sia perché sullo stesso piano si trovano solo due stanze vicine. Certo, ho avuto vicini di stanza anche molto garbati e gentili. Si sentono le campane del campanile della chiesa vicina, molto caratteristico. Posizione ottima, punto strategico per il centro, il corso principale e per la stazione (10 minuti a piedi). A 5 minuti c’è il Carrefour. Stanza pulita con asciugami di buona qualità, puliti. Suggerisco anche un piccolo kit per il Bagno, nel caso in cui qualcuno si fosse dimenticato l’essenziale. C’è l’ascensore, ottimo per chi come me aveva una valigia grande. C’è il condizionatore che può essere impostato sia su caldo sia su freddo.

Non c’era un piccolo frigo dove poter mettere l’acqua e mantenerla fresca. È un consiglio , così potrebbero anche mettere degli yogurt per la prima colazione. È indicato come BeB ma è più Bed che Breakfast, c’è solo un piccolo vassoio con una confezione di biscotti, bollitore, caffè solubile e tisane.

Molto grazioso e pulito

Mi sono trovata davvero bene, sia la camera che il bagno erano pulitissime. Letto molto comodo, aria condizionata, balconcino (comune) molto grazioso

Sarebbe stato perfetto se ci fosse stato un minifrigo, anche perché per la cena o la colazione o mi sono affidata a bar/ristoranti o ho dovuto comprare alimenti che si conservavano in ambiente
