Apartment was adequate and nice and central. Bling

No breakfasts

The communication we had about extra bedding was DREADFUL. It may have been due to translation, but was plain rude. It meant we had to find a way to borrow some bedding for second bed. We were told we had to pay extra. No link was sent to pay this although I sent a message to say we would do so. We then received a message to say it was too late and we had not paid. So we managed with what we had managed to borrow. Obviously on the booking information it was not made clear that only 1 bed would be made up although I had booked for 2 beds. If I had known, we would have brought some of our own.

Good located and clean in lovely Cremona

Central location with nice balcony overlooking quiet street. Lots of space and super clean.

While we tried the parking spaces were already reserved. The host gave alternative recommendations which were close by which was appreciated, although overall cost a little more.

The best location❤️

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, huge terrace, kitchen with all necessary amenities, and best of all, the location in the very city center and the private parking space.

During showering, water was leaking from the bathtub and flooding the bathroom. Other than a towel, there was nothing else available to wipe up the water. The terrace is huge but a bit neglected and actually quite unusable, except for drying laundry. Considering the apartment is nicely furnished, the terrace slightly spoils the overall impression.

Excellent accommodation in the historical centre of Cremona

Excellent location in the centre of Cremona within walking distance to all the important historical sites. Onsite parking is limited but there is a parking station under the Violin Museum (Museo del Violino) which is close. The apartment was extremely comfortable & clean. Our thanks to Sig.ra Paola for her recommendations.

We really couldn't fault the amenities offered or the comfort.

Wonderful host, property, and location!

The host of the apartment, Paola is so considerate, kind, and professional. We had an excellent stay. We kept in touch from the landing at Malpensa Airport and the check-in was very smooth! The location is right in the center and everything was within walking distance for us. Very well-cleaned and maintained apartment. Nespresso machine and Moka espresso were very helpful for us. The apartment has two air conditioning (living and bedroom) and works very efficiently, regardless of the heat at 36 degrees we experienced. There is a cute cafe right in front of the apartment perfect for breakfast and a few options of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely go back! Thank you, Paola!!!!

Central location suitable for 2 people for a short stay.

Amazing location right in the centre of town. I would only recommend for 2 people, we had 3 of us staying and with the sofa bed open it was very tight and no room.

Very thin walls so heard the neighbours and all the doors squeaked so noisy when people moving around. Had all the pots and pans for cooking but needs some basics like oil, salt and pepper.

Great apartment nice and central and really comfortable. The pre check in was really easy and all the details were sent to me. Location is really quiet and even as lone female traveller I felt safe.

This apartment was very close to the location of a class I attended. It was clean, comfortable, compact, well supplied with the necessities, and the wonderful staff person was very responsive to all of my questions. Thanks! I would happily stay here again!

We had only one issue- you had to leave by 11am on the day of departure and they offered nowhere to deposit our bags

price extra price for car park - which was limited & wasn’t always the same spot washing machine only used once and it failed to work properly towels need replacing as most seemed old and like sand paper sofa bed while nice and big needs a better mattress

Nice clean apartment, perfect location. Easy to access, plenty of closet space. Mariapia went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She even delivered extra bedsheets after 10 PM when we found out they had been mistakenly removed by the cleaning staff.

Location, convenient in center of Parma. The modern apartment is fully equipped, enjoyed the bathtub. Paula is an excellent host and very accessible.

Great location, bathtub

No Electronic watercooker although it was stated in facilities, and the washingmachine was broken. When asked about this , using phonenumber we used before for contact, we got no reply at all! After booking you get list with rules , like fines when more than 15 min late at arrivaltime, or you have to leave apartment for cleaninglady. I think you should have this fine print before you book and pay...

Siamo arrivati la sera dopo cena e non c'era la possibilità di chiudere la porta dell'interno ( appartamento 09 ), abbiamo chiamato il n. di cellulare di riferimento ma nessuno ci ha risposto, abbiamo inviato un messaggio e nessuno ci ha risposto. non è stato piacevole dormire con la posta di ingresso non n chiusa a chiave
