Great place, worth the price

Great place: super clean with lovely rooms. Plenty of parking available along the main road. Just a 5-minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Communication was swift and efficient, and the owner was very responsive and available. Unfortunately travelling for work, I could stay only one night.

The house is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Really liked the setup of the apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Nicely decorated and felt very at home. I appreciated the washer/dryer and the beautiful kitchen space. The host was so great and prompt with communication. Highly recommend!

Don't bring a lot of heavy luggage. There are a lot of stairs.

Everything was great - starting from the communication per app (the owner was answering immediately all my questions). The apartment is very clean, all the furniture, utensiles etc. are new. The bed was comfortable, the decorations make the apartment very cozy. I had a small balcony, where i could have a breakfast with a beautiful view to the inner patio. The area is great - very close to the train station, but at the same moment is very quiet (as all the town actually). The isolation is very good, I didn’t hear a sound from my neighbours.

The appartement was my home for one month and one word only : Excellent First I have to mention Walter, the host , always ready to help, always present for our needs. He made us to feel like we have lived to a old friend / thank you very much for all. The appartement has everything to feel comfortable Clean, large room , the kitchen and bathroom equipped with all you need. The location is very safe and close to everything. Just a short walk to the railway station and to the center. Ideal location if you want to visit Cremona. The appartement suitable for a short or long stay as well. Thank you very much for all your hospitality and assistance !

the place was beautiful. employees could smile a little more. Although I do not know Italian, it was not pleasant for them to persistently speak Italian. the room was clean. candies and tea were nice.

The people who works there cant speak english, even a word. they said check-in time is until 9.00, but they didn't wait for me for check-in. I was lucky enough to meet and check-in. Since the air conditioner in my room was broken, they gave me a small heater, but it was insufficient. The kitchen smelled unbelievable. It wasn't a bad smell, it was a perfume smell. but it was hard to breathe.

We enjoyed our stay, nice ambience and treatment, nice room and great facilities.

We loved everything, however as senior citizens we were not expecting to have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Walter was very helpful and carried our bags up and downstairs for us!

Friendly host! I had some trouble with my arrival time and he was kind and flexible with the check-in. The room is cozy, with private bathroom and a small balcony.

Exceptional

A beautiful, cozy and spacious place in close proximity to the train station and Cremona's Città Nuova, not far from the historic centre. I made a (very) spontaneous booking, and I was still able to check in early. Entering the apartment, there is a large shared kitchen, which is well equipped and comfortable (I was only staying for one night and therefore just used it for breakfast). My "room" was huge (with two beds) and suitable for three people. The "room" is actually a separate compartment consisting of an entrance area, a spacious bedroom with desk and armchair, and a modern bathroom (with washing machine).

Professionalità e soprattutto passione nell"ospitare!

Dopo un viaggio di più di 12 ore e pieno di imprevisti questa stanza è stata un vero ristoro. Come a casa, ci si sente coccolati. Accogliente in ogni suo particolare, dotata di ogni confort. L'host ha pensato davvero a tutto. Quello che poi ci è piaciuto moltissimo è stata la qualità delle lenzuola, oltretutto stirate in modo impeccabile e profumate! Ma soprattutto nonostante per una svista avessimo commesso un errore nella prenotazione l'host ci è venuto incontro come pochi avrebbero fatto. Comodissimi anche i materassi, silenzioso considerata la posizione centrale.

Forse la parte condominiale per accedere all'appartamento, ma assolutamente non va a inficiare quello che si trova una volta entrati. Assolutamente consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo molto volentieri!

La struttura è bellissima, la camera molto accogliente, la cucina in comune offre tutte le comodità, anche il forno a microonde. La posizione permette di visitare il centro di Cremona a piedi. Parcheggio comodissimo gratis sotto casa.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Cremona!

La struttura è davvero ottima e ben curata e si trova non distante sia dal centro di Cremona che dalla stazione. L'interno è veramente ben curato nel minimo dettaglio, è stato davvero un piacere soggiornarvi. Il bagno è ampio e spazioso, mentre la camera è sufficientemente protetta sia dai suoni esterni che dalla luce.

Sinceramente non ho segnalazioni particolari da fare.

Cremona molto carina peccato che l'ho trovata un po' trascurata

ci è piaciuto avere il parcheggio sotto la camera e la vicinanza a Cremona

noi siamo molto essenziali non amiamo troppo i fronzoli che chiamiamo "ciapa pure" e ce n'erano tanti,questo è un giudizio personale,so che molti trovano accogliente questo genere di cose.la camera è al terzo piano senza ascensore e ho trovato piccolini il bagno e la camera

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro, 12 minuti a piedi da palazzo Trecchi. Camere molto pulite e ben arredate, bagno spazioso, possibilità di cucina e salotto molto comodi e confortevoli. Staff molto gentile e disponibile!!!tutto ottimo davvero!!!

Camera spaziosa ed accogliente. Pulizia perfetta. Il bagno arredato di ogni occorrente. Dotata anche di macchina per il caffè in camera e bollitore. Salottino e cucina in comune a due stanze utilizzabile per i pasti ordinata e corredata di tutto il necessario. Host accogliente e disponibile.
