Wonderful gem, perfect locatin, fantastic design

I know is an apart hotel, but there is a lack of human touch as everything is automated. This doesn’t take anything away from the experience which was fantastic, just a personal note.

The response from the host was remarkable. Always available to answer my questions immediately. The property is definite

Parking inside the gate courtyard was a plus. The entrance and lobby area are beautiful. Easy to navigate to our room with luggage. Everything we required in a kitchen and enjoyed the layout with separate living and bedroom.

The AC controls were in Italian but after a short google search I was able to change the language to English.

Für Liebhaber von Schwarz und komplizierter Technik ideal, alle anderen sollten sich etwas anderes.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nahe Zentrum. Die Parkmöglichkeit sehr praktisch. Der Obstkorb nett. Die Sauna funktionierte auf Anhieb.

Aus der Heizung kam ein Schwall kalter Luft, auch nach 2 Stunden konnte der Techniker dies nicht beheben. Wir haben sie dann ganz ausgeschaltet... jede technische Einrichtung war kompliziert zu bedienen. Ein klarer Fall von weniger besonders designt wäre mehr gewesen. Dafür gab es die simpelsten Dinge nicht: Haken um Jacken aufzuhängen, sogar um denSchrank zu bedienen, musste man eine lange Stange nehmen, einfach skurril. Die Wände in Wohnzimmer und Küche waren sehr dunkel.

Schönes Apartment, super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung (+Kaffee, Obst), schnelle Reaktion der Ansprechpartner (Kontakt erfolgt über WhatsApp)

Kleinigkeiten, aber dennoch erwähnenswert: Es wäre besser, wenn man die Klimaanlage auch als Gast komplett ausschalten könnte und nicht nur über die Gastgeber (relativ laut, da direkt neben dem Bett). Die Bezahlung von Kurtaxe/Parkplatz nur über die eigene Webseite und über Kreditkarte/Sofortüberweisung könnte man noch erweitern (Paypal, Rechnung, bar).
