Relaxing, beautiful and stunning

This was a fantastic stay and Giulio and his wife were just the loveliest people. The apartment was stunning and we really felt at home from home. Don't hesitate to book!

Perfect - a very pleasant stay.

Very close to the centre. Keys delivered on arrival, clear explanations of everything, the apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean and well maintained.

The double bed could have been a bit bigger - but a king-size double wouldn't fit in the space, so it was fine.

Very modern, super clean and nice decor. If you go to the address there is a little parking lot right opposite to drop of luggage. Liked air conditioning and a really interesting town within a short walk.

Very friendly welcome. Flat in superb central location just 10mins from Station ( and 2mins from superb ice-cream shop). In very characterful old building but very tasteful modern decor inside.

After our many years of visits to Italy, we finally got to Cremona. What a pleasant surprise! And this property for us w

Good location (an easy walk to the city center), and perfectly comfortable. We are grateful to the owner-host for accommodating our imprecise arrival time. He and his wife live 100 meters away, so getting in contact with them is easy and quick.

I dimly recall having two minor quibbles (and if I misremember, I apologize to the owner, who may correct me). #1 Hooking up our electric&electronic devices for power. In every accommodation, on every desk (or whatever convenient surface) there should be a power strip, ideally also with (multiple) USB A and C outlets. #2 In the shower there should be a shelf for shampoo, soap, razor, washcloth, whatever.

Muy buen descanso

Muy buena atención por parte de Giulio, muy preocupado de que estuviéramos cómodos. Además de eso, el loft era bello y con muy buenas instalaciones.

Agregaría mayor variedad de cubiertos (cucharas pequeñas, platos de pan) y que sugieran lugares recomendados (cercanos) para comprar comida

Soggiorno confortevole e consigliato

La struttura è molto centrale e questo lo rendo comodo per andare in centro o la stazione. L’arredo è moderno ed è davvero ben curato. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci sono state lasciate due bottiglie d’acqua, cosa apprezzatissima e non scontata. Il condominio e la zona sono molto silenziose quindi è stato molto piacevole.

Nel bagno non c’era nulla per la doccia, non sarebbe male avere come in tutti i posti un bagnoschiuma o qualcosa. Inoltre nelle coperte abbiamo trovato due capelli neri (non nostri), ma può capitare.

Struttura in pieno centro molto curata nei dettagli e spaziosa. Bellissimo arredamento. Palazzo storico e sentono un po’ i rumori provenienti dalla strada ma comunque si riposa bene

Extra ! J ai adoré

Tout j ai adorée passer deux nuits dans cet appartement idéal en solo ou en couple, il y a tout pour se sentir comme chez soi dans un décor de très bon goût , idéalement placer pour découvrir Cremona à pieds, tout pouvant faire des pauses pleine de lumières sur le balcon, Guilio a été parfait, arrangeant, précis, il m a même emmené garer ma voiture dans un parking gratuit à quelques centaines de mètres de l appartement. Il y a même un ascenseur , Pour montrer la délicatesse de l hôte, un snack très apprécié ainsi que thé, café et eau était à disposition. Merci pour tout ! J ai passé un excellent séjour
