Große Altstadtwohnung mitten im Zentrum von Cremona, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Frische Croissants im Café direkt am Platz gegenüber, daneben ein Obst - Gemüseladen und ein Conad Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parken am Wochenende kostenlos sowie von 19h - 8:30h und in der Mittagszeit, sonst 2€/Stunde.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, es hat wunderbar und unkompliziert mit der Korrespondenz geklappt. Vielen Dank

La proprietaria, Barbara, gentilissima mi ha aspettato fuori la struttura e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per essere autonome. Ho viaggiato con le mie due canine, accettate benissimo, struttura perfetta per un viaggio a due senza disturbarci. La zona giorno separata da una porta dalla zona notte con due camere separate mi ha permesso di non disturbare la mia amica con i miei cani e ho potuto fare le mie abitudinarie passeggiate mattutine all'alba senza essere invadente per l'altra persona. posizione perfetta per conoscere la città senza usare mai l'auto. Camere spaziose, illumitate e silenziosissime. Soggiorno perfetto!

Ideal gelegene Altstadt-Wohnung für Paar oder Familie
Zuallererst die Lage. Das Haus, in dem sich das Appartement im 1.Stock befindet, liegt ideal in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt, entfernungsmäßig ziemlich mittig zwischen dem Violinen-Museum und dem Domplatz (ca. 2 Gehminuten in jede Richtung). Parkplätze gibt es im Freien (kostenlos am Wochenende) oder in der Tiefgarage beim Platz am Violinen-Museum. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, haben aber in der Wohnung absolut nichts von Verkehr oder auch Nachbarn gehört. Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher, Tisch & Stühle und einer Küchenzeile (alles da, bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine!), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (davon ein halbhohes Stockbett) und einem Bad mit Regendusche, Toilette, Bidet und Handwaschbecken. Eine Waschmaschine ist am Badeingang auch verfügbar. Zur Dusche gab es auch ein paar Tütchen Duschgel und Shampoo, sowie Seife. Teile des etwas tiefer liegenden Bads (Treppenstufen nach unten) haben eine niedrige Deckenhöhe, mit etwa 1,80m am Waschbecken am niedrigsten, ich konnte mich dort mit meinen 1,93m nur leicht gebückt aufhalten. Da wir im Januar da waren, war eine gute Heizung Pflicht und die Klimaanlagen (jeweils eine individuell per Fernsteuerung steuerbare Einheit in jedem Zimmer), sowie eine Handtuch-Wandheizung und ein Heizlüfter im Bad haben für eine rundum angenehme Temperatur gesorgt.
Zur Schlüsselübergabe haben wir uns per Booking-Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (Gruß an Barbara und Fabio) verabredet (nur Italienisch, aber per Übersetzer-App kein echtes Problem), was auch einwandfrei geklappt hat. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, das letzte Tüpfelchen auf dem i wäre jetzt noch ein Kaffeekocher inkl. etwas Kaffee oder eine Kaffeemaschine mit ein paar Kapseln oder Pads für den Guten Morgen Beginn.
