It was as posh, spacious as advertised and I would recommend anyone to stay at the property.
My sister and her family live in the same area so the landlady was able to give them the keys due to our flight delays. She informed them of all the important information regarding the property and she was reachable via Whats app. The breakfast was available and all the needed facilities in the kitchen were like home away from home. There are local amenities within walking distance, the area is very family-friendly.
Unfortunately, this was unavoidable. The property has a lovely flowery garden which is well manicured, unfortunately, we suffer from Hay fever and this set us off really badly. Fortunately, we had access to the balcony which has a lovely sitting area facing the street and church and is very private at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay very much!
Clean, friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Elena was welcoming and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to town (Duomo, violin museum) in less than 20 minutes
We were without a car and found it difficult to get a cab, but luckily could walk to everything we needed. Also, we would have preferred if there was a laundry machine.

The location is excellent, in a quite street and very modern house.
The host were very prompt and quick in responses. They did not make us wait, provided good instructions on how to reach the property. The place is definitely value for money.

De rustige buurt van het appartement met gratis parkeren in de straat, de snelheid van reageren van de vriendelijke verhuurder. het in/uitchecken ging probleemloos. Het appartement was vrij groot, schoon en netjes.
Het ontbijt is voor internationale begrippen aan de karige kant, maar dat wisten we van tevoren.
